Class Assignment, a New Deviation

"Hey, what's your name?"

After Wang Dong entered the dormitory, she glanced around the room and frowned slightly. Then she began organizing her belongings and asked irritably.

"Before asking someone else's name, you should introduce yourself first." Huo Yuhao responded blandly, his gaze fixed on the distant school gate.

Wang Dong did not continue the conversation. She could tell that Huo Yuhao was in no mood to chat with her. After silently putting away her things, she lay down on her bed, pulled the blanket over herself, and quickly fell asleep.

Huo Yuhao watched the two of them flee somewhat awkwardly beyond the range of his Spirit Eye. Leaning against the windowsill, he closed his eyes and felt the cool breeze blowing over him as he sorted through his thoughts.

After a while, he recalled the last thing that happened after enrollment but before classes began in the original story—checking the class assignment list. He immediately got dressed and left the dormitory.

He scanned the notice board not far from the teaching building. Huo Yuhao's brows furrowed slightly before rising again.

History had deviated once more. He had not been assigned to Freshman Class One, but to Freshman Class Two, right next to it.

What was even more dramatic was that Wang Dong had remained in Class One. It seemed class assignments were not based on enrollment time after all. There was clearly something suspicious about them.

Considering Zhou Yi's abysmal graduation rate and her relationship with her lover, Fan Yu, it was hard to say whether Class One had been set aside specifically to placate Zhou Yi.
