Arc 26The Porcelain Tower’s Origin
Shen Le tried to restore the shattered Porcelain Tower and discovered that its memories were tied to the Lu Family Porcelain Kiln and the Soul-Calming Figurines. After finding the buried kiln and uncovering its history, he learned the tower had to be refired there to become whole.
- Li Xingtang taught modern soldiers Tang Dynasty weapon tactics, while Shen Le visited Mount Shu and discovered the remains of the Lock Demon Pagoda beneath the temple.
- Shen Le restored a porcelain rooster and several swords, learned their memories, and developed his sword-control skills while Daoist Qingyue studied Sword Qi Thunder Sound.
- After Cloud Kun departed on a maritime mission with Li Xingtang, Shen Le spent nearly a month assembling the Porcelain Tower before Mr. Zhao identified its Xing Kiln origins and agreed to refire it.
- Mr. Zhao’s first attempt to refire the tower failed when it absorbed the kiln’s spiritual power and broke apart, but Shen Le’s meditations revealed the Lu Clan’s persecution and the origins of the Soul-Calming Figurines.
- Shen Le followed a spiritual porcelain bottle through Xing Kiln sites, found an undiscovered kiln, and later helped excavate figurine fragments connected to corpses buried beneath the Zhang River.
- Shen Le and a Special Affairs Bureau worker calmed the figurines’ spirits, and the Porcelain Tower absorbed the remaining light from the fragments before revealing memories of a surviving Lu youth and an Immortal Master.
- Shen Le helped uncover a long, sloping dragon kiln, and the Porcelain Tower told him it had to be refired in that exact kiln to absorb its power and become whole.
