Ning Rongrong is the indulged daughter of Ning Fengzhi, raised under the protection of Sword Douluo Chen Xin and Bone Douluo Gu Rong within the Seven Treasures Glazed Sect. Before receiving Su Hang's diary, she resists cultivation texts and sect rules, wanting only to leave the sect and play. Her willfulness is a recurring concern to the adults around her, though Gu Rong treats it affectionately. 21

A copy of Su Hang's Diary appears in her room and predicts both her future marriage to Oscar, whom she calls a “sausage seller,” and the eventual bloodshed of the Seven Treasures Glazed Sect.
