Mavuika originates from the Teyvat Continent, where she served as Natlan’s Pyro Archon and fought Abyssal Monsters. She recognizes Xu Tianming as the Traveler—specifically the person she knew as Dumanie, who saved Natlan—even though he now possesses a different appearance and body. 1

After arriving in the Douluo Continent, she lacks an independent physical form and exists within Xu Tianming’s spiritual sea alongside Columbina, tethered to his Martial Souls. Mavuika initially suspects the Heavenly Principles may have caused their displacement, though Columbina disputes that explanation. 1
