After all, she wasn't a popular character like Ye Xishui or Bibi Dong.
In fact, many Douluo fans hadn't watched Douluo Era 3 at all. They'd only seen the anime adaptations of Douluo Era 1 and Douluo Era 2.
If the goal were popularity and traffic, a minor character like Dai Yun'er shouldn't have appeared at all.
