Background / History

Qian Xunji presides over Martial Soul Hall from the Pope Palace in Spirit City. He is the son of Qian Daoliu, the former Adjudicator Elder and a peerless Douluo; although Qian Daoliu has retired from managing Hall affairs, Qian Xunji remains notably deferential to his father. Qian Daoliu considers his son's cultivation inadequate for his age and openly dismisses some of his concerns as foolish. 41 45

He is the father of the newborn Qian Renxue. He is also Bibi Dong's teacher, but their relationship is defined by her intense hatred: Bibi Dong states that Qian Xunji forced her to bear his child, destroyed her life with Yu Xiaogang, and became the target of her planned revenge. 4 6

When the Seven Kill Sect first approached Spirit Hall, Qian Xunji was suspicious of its sudden visit and attempted to probe Chen Jianjun's intentions. He refused Chen Jianjun's proposal to marry Bibi Dong, citing her position as Spirit Hall's future Pope.
