Background / History

Tang Yuehua is a direct descendant of the Clear Sky Sect and the younger sister of Tang Xiao and Tang Hao. Although born with innate level-nine soul power, her martial soul mutated into the Noble Ring, leaving her unable to cultivate. Within the strength-focused Clear Sky Sect, she was treated as a defective bloodline and regarded chiefly as a potential marriage-alliance asset. 21 22

Refusing that future, she went to Heaven Dou City to build the Moon Pavilion as proof that the Clear Sky Sect could offer more than the Clear Sky Hammer. Before receiving outside help, however, her lack of cultivation made establishing an independent foundation extremely difficult. 21 22

Jiang Ce identified the Noble Ring's potential and parasitized her with his symbiote. Tang Yuehua accepted his offer of power and a future cure for her martial soul's defect, joining the Anti-Magic Ninja Mercenary Group as his student. Jiang Ce then used Fission to create a clone: the clone remained at Moon Pavilion while Tang Yuehua's original body traveled and trained with the group. 22

Under Jiang Ce's direction, Tang Yuehua converted Moon Pavilion's etiquette academy into the front for an intelligence network. She planned to gather information through students, banquets, mercenaries, noble recruits, and underworld contacts. 24

When Liu Ren threatened Moon Pavilion's supply routes, Tang Yuehua initially planned a conventional blackmail operation. Encouraged to rely on her new strength, she subdued the Liu Family, took control of its supply channels, converted Liu Ren and a poaching group through memory overwriting, and forced the North City Chamber of Commerce to open its channels to Moon Pavilion. 25 26
