Background / History

The Sky Screen first manifested over Douluo Continent when countless specks of light gathered into a vast celestial canopy. It initially displayed a silver-blue giant of light and Xiao Che's stat panel, exposing his affiliation with the Land of Light and his “0–Infinite” attributes to the world. 1

After Bibi Dong asked Xiao Che to explain the Land of Light, the Sky Screen immediately altered its broadcast to begin presenting that world's history, technology, Ultra Warriors, and enemies. 2 Its records became a major source of knowledge for Douluo Continent and eventually the God Realm, where it appeared as a projection large enough to nearly fill the heavens. 30

The Screen demonstrated that it could directly enforce its authority when the Clear Sky Sect's Seventh Elder questioned it. It struck him with lightning and issued an explicit warning against challenging its authenticity. 13

It later expanded from a passive display into an interactive system, opening training dungeons, selection trials, immersive projections, and virtual-reality missions. Xiao Che upgraded its immersion level by sacrificing a prior reward, after which the Screen could envelop viewers in lifelike scenarios without physically harming their real bodies. 56

Ultraman King later described the Sky Screen's broadcasts as part of an effort to reform the God Realm's stagnant ideology and guide Douluo Planet's development. 103
