Ye Lin crossed Silent Ridge, claimed the Annihilation Sacred Flame, and used the Spirit King's Cosmos Seal to remove the ridge. He then entered the Nether Sea, bought a map from Ao Ping, and continued toward Yun Province unaware that Ao Ping had ordered an attack on him.

• Ye Lin and Zhang Ling'er fought Silent Ridge's guardians and reached the Annihilation Divine Bridge, where Ye Lin crossed alone while Ye Xin and Zhang Ling'er held off their pursuers.
• Ye Lin found the Annihilation Sacred Flame inside the Tree of Death and fused it with his Purgatory Ice Flame, transforming it into the Nine Nether Prison Flame.
• Ye Lin returned to help Ye Xin and Zhang Ling'er escape the beasts, then entered the secret realm and received the Cosmos Seal from the Spirit King.

Ye Lin fled Ao Ping’s assassins through Falling Dragon Grotto, absorbed its Dragon Souls, and was drawn into the Bronze Immortal Hall, where refining a Dragon Ball advanced his cultivation and awakened painful memories. He reunited with Zhang Ling’er, crossed the Nether Sea, and reached a crowded crossing into Yun Province as its borders were being sealed.

• Ye Lin fought Ao San and Ao Yi’s group, then fled with Zhang Ling’er and his companions into Falling Dragon Grotto when the attackers pursued them.
• Ye Lin used the Cosmos Seal to absorb the grotto’s Dragon Souls, found the evil dragon’s Dragon Ball, and left before Dragon Clan experts arrived.
• Ye Lin followed Zhang Ling’er onto a mysterious bridge and was transported alone to a starry realm, where he found the Bronze Immortal Hall.
• Ye Lin refined the Dragon Ball’s origin essence in the hall and reached the late stage of the Daluo Golden Immortal realm, then sat on its throne and received painful fragments of an unfamiliar memory.
• Ye Lin returned to Zhang Ling’er after only a short time had passed, and the group continued across the Nether Sea with Di Jun, a Black Turtle who carried them toward the Nether Dragon Clan’s territory.
• Ye Lin witnessed a memory of Ye Xiu confronting his disciples over the murder of his wife and clansmen and the Bronze Immortal Hall.
• After reaching Yun Province, Ye Lin learned from Wang Mingyang that its residents were blocking newcomers and that he needed to cross through one of four weakly defended regions.
• Ye Lin and Zhang Ling’er joined a vast crowd of sea races crossing a canyon, where a Zenith Heaven expert announced that Yun Province was sealed and warned entrants to register their identities in Buddha Prefecture.

Ye Lin entered the memory fragments and witnessed Ye Xiu’s rise, his grief over Yun’er, and his struggle against the limits of the Primordial Continent. The memories ended with Ye Xiu recruiting powerful figures for the Bronze Immortal Hall, while Ye Lin remained unsure how the fragments would affect him.

• A sea race broke through Yun Province’s defenses, and Ye Lin followed Master Brahma Sound to Mara Temple, where Wang Mingyang gave him Identity Tokens and offered him a safe place to stay.
• Ye Lin returned to the secret realm to give the Cosmos Seal back to Spirit King and ask for help with the memories that plagued him.
• Spirit King advised Ye Lin to experience the memory fragments instead of resisting them, and Ye Lin witnessed Ye Xiu’s rise and his love for Yun’er, who vanished despite his power.
• After Yun’er’s death, Ye Xiu regained his Dao Heart and fought his way across the Origin Continent, killing those who pursued him before entering the Boundary Sea and eventually reaching Sainthood.
• Ye Xiu traveled to the Primordial Continent and learned that fixed numbers of cultivators could occupy the highest positions, leaving him little hope of becoming a Dao Master and reviving Yun’er.
• Ye Xiu’s despair nearly broke his Dao Heart, but he later accepted a challenge from countless opponents who threatened to trap his true spirit in the Bitter Sea if he lost.
• Ye Lin saw Ye Xiu call the Bronze Immortal Hall a primordial treasure that could help him become a Dao Master, then watched him demand that an injured middle-aged man join his sixty Divine Lords.

Ye Lin left the secret realm and joined the effort to suppress unrest in Buddha Prefecture, where he was lured into a trap in Dark Cloud Mountain and took the Everlasting Formation Disk from Liu Su. After escaping the ambush with Wang Zheng, Ye Lin recovered in a cave until Star Saint arrived and questioned them about the tavern riot.

• Ye Lin finished watching Ye Xiu’s memories, left the secret realm, and returned to find unrest spreading between Buddha Prefecture and Heaven Province.
• Ye Lin registered for the suppression force and entered Dark Cloud Mountain with Wang Zheng, Liu Su, Zhao Xing, and Zhao Wu to pursue refugees accused of slaughtering a city.
• Ye Lin fought three peak Daluo Golden Immortals, then discovered that Liu Su and the Zhao Xing brothers had planned to trap and kill him.
• Liu Su used the Everlasting Formation Disk to trap Ye Lin in the Realm of Nothingness, but Ye Lin and Delusion used the Laws of Time to take the Compass from him.
• Ye Lin forced Liu Su to explain the disk’s power, then shattered Liu Su’s Primordial Spirit and kept the treasure without recognizing its ownership.
