• Ye Lin arrived at Heavenly Capital City and attended the Heaven and Earth Trading House’s auction, where his presence unsettled the Nine Kings.
• Ye Lin ignored the Nine Kings’ threats as the auction began, and Jian Changfeng challenged Tu He before winning the Spatial Ring.
• Ye Lin told Jian Changfeng he represented the East Sea Dragon Palace, prompting Jian Changfeng to withdraw from bidding for the Seven-Colored Lotus.
• Huo Ling'er won the Seven-Colored Lotus and taunted Ye Lin, who left the hall as the Seven Kings pursued him.

After defeating the Seven Kings, Ye Lin attended the Heavenly Sword Sect’s grand gathering, where Gu Qingzhi won a public duel and the prodigies exchanged teachings. The gathering ended in an attack by demonic spies that destroyed the sect’s protective array and left its defenders under siege.

• Ye Lin burned the black-robed old man to ashes with Phoenix’s help, drained the Seven Kings’ corpses, and left Heavenly Capital City as Jian Changfeng pursued him with an invitation to the gathering.
• Ye Lin returned the Seven-Colored Lotus to Ao Guang for Yun Xi, then refined the Everlasting Fruit during five years of seclusion and reached the fifth layer of the Golden Immortal realm.
• Mo Cang appeared at the Heavenly Sword Sect and was turned away by Jian Changfeng, then asked Ye Lin to deliver a black box to the Sect Master, but Ye Lin refused.

• Jian Changfeng and the Heavenly Sword Sect fought Mo Cang’s demon-monster army, while Ye Lin secretly kept the Enlightenment Sacred Lotus and helped repel the invaders.
• Mo Cang obtained the Soul-Suppressing Pearl from the Sect Master and withdrew his army, leaving Jian Changfeng to confront the Sect Master over the sect’s losses.
• Ao Guang invited Ye Lin and his companions to the East Sea, where Luo Yao’s blood broke open the gate to the Ninefold Heaven Ruins.

Ye Lin survived the secret realm’s trials, gained a World Seed, and reunited with his companions before they fled the Demon-Monster Realm’s advance. As Know-All repaired their Cloud-Piercing Shuttle, Ye Lin faced Mo Xuan and Mo Long while Zhang Wusheng’s group was overwhelmed by demons.

• Ye Lin mastered the balance of the Five Element Laws, escaped the secret realm, and reunited with the others in the Chaos Sea.
• Ye Lin tempered his body, comprehended the Dao Heart Pure Land, and obtained a World Seed before entering a realm of chains and surviving its giant eye.
