Kamuro is caught shoplifting a can of beer at a supermarket by Sakayanagi Arisu, who secretly records the theft and attempts to compel her cooperation with the footage. Kamuro initially denies the accusation, then offers to drop out rather than submit. 5

Shiomiya Yo intervenes as if protecting her from Sakayanagi, only to reveal that he also recorded the theft. He uses his own footage to demand that Kamuro and Sakayanagi “entertain” him. 5 After exchanging contact information, Kamuro unsuccessfully attempts to turn the situation around by threatening to withdraw and report the others. With the only evidence in Shiomiya's possession, she ultimately accepts that she cannot force their hand. 6

Afterward, Kamuro leaves with Sakayanagi while linking arms and chatting with her, despite the coercive circumstances that brought them together. Shiomiya records her in his diary as the subject of the “Incomprehensible Thief Observation Diary.” 6
