The Asura God stood over two meters tall, far taller than Jiang Chen. His dark crimson robe was covered in intricate demonic patterns.
With a majestic bearing, he stared coldly at the Sea God's phantom before him.
"Who are you?" The Sea God's phantom felt an overwhelming pressure, as if facing a formidable enemy.
"Heh, you are merely a wisp of divine consciousness left behind when the Sea God ascended to godhood. I am the Asura God, one of the three enforcers of the God Realm."
The Sea God's phantom could not help but change expression. He was a fragment of divine consciousness left behind by the Sea God before his ascension and had never met the Asura God.
However, when he had become a god, he had come to understand the rules of the God Realm. The enforcers oversaw the gods and the various lower planes, and any god who violated the rules would be punished.
Damn it, I only wanted to scare this little brat. How did I end up attracting an enforcer from the God Realm? And the most terrifying one from the legends, at that. The Sea God's phantom inwardly lamented his bad luck.
Yet he smiled and said, "Asura God, I merely wished to frighten him a little. In truth, I have already chosen him as my inheritor. I would never harm a human."
The Asura God smiled faintly. "But he was already chosen by me as my inheritor."
The smile on the Sea God's phantom stiffened. This outrageously thick-skinned little brat with such astonishing physical strength had already been chosen by the Asura God?
The Asura God pointed a finger at Jiang Chen, and the Divine Slaughter's Domain within Jiang Chen immediately broke free of his control and released itself.
"He passed
