Ninja War

There were twelve Chunin in total, including four traitors. Yin Xiang had already captured two and killed two, leaving eight. Six had arrived that morning and were also wiped out, so only two of those Chunin remained.

"Lightning Style: Chidori Current!" Yin Xiang struck immediately, not giving them a chance to speak further. Strings of electricity erupted around his body and surged outward.

The current lashed out at the ninjas, forcing them to leap away to avoid the strike, leaving small, charred craters in the ground where the electricity hit.

"Don't kill my father, please!" Yamashin shouted from behind.

"Eight Inner Gates: Fifth Gate, Gate of Limit, open!" Guy also opened the fifth gate and charged forward. "Leaf Whirlwind!" He kicked directly at a masked ninja, who raised his arms to block the blow.

"As expected, you're different!" Guy's face showed no surprise, only a grin; now, he could finally enjoy the fight.

"Take them down!" Yamashin hurriedly commanded the ninjas to attack Yin Xiang and his group.

"Shadow Clone Technique." Yin Xiang formed hand seals, creating two shadow clones that charged toward the dozen Genin. "Tenten, handle the Genin."

"Got it." Tenten pulled out her scroll and went after the dozen Genin. With Yin Xiang's shadow clones leading the charge, dealing with them was a breeze; the group was left completely unable to fight back.

"Chidori." Lightning flickered on Yin Xiang's hand as he sprinted toward the two Chunin. They used Earth Style: Earth Wall to defend themselves, and two walls rose up before him.

"Chidori Sharp Spear." Yin Xiang kicked off the wall, flipped in mid-air, and landed on the ground. The Chidori Sharp Spear pierced through both earth walls and impaled the heart of one of the Chunin.

"What?" The surviving Chunin beside him widened his eyes. "Die!" A cold, emotionless voice whispered in his ear. As he turned, a dark shadow wielding a kunai pierced his throat. Both Chunin had fallen to Yin Xiang in a single exchange.

"Shadow Secret Technique." Standing before the earth wall, Yin Xiang formed seals and whispered softly.

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!" A voice came from behind Yin Xiang. He quickly formed the seals for the Substitution Technique, and a ball of fire incinerated a log in his place.

"Secret Technique Barrier!" A purple barrier suddenly rose where Yin Xiang landed, trapping him inside. A masked ninja dropped down before him; it was the one who had used the fireball and predicted his landing spot to deploy the barrier.

"Swap." Yin Xiang glanced at him, switched places with his shadow, retracted it, and escaped the barrier.

The masked ninja's eyes went wide beneath his mask; he had never heard of such a jutsu.

"Chakra..." Yin Xiang felt his reserves and frowned. Chidori, Chidori Sharp Spear, Chidori Current, Shadow Secret Technique, and the Shadow Clone Technique—his current chakra levels were still lacking. He didn't possess Naruto's unique constitution.

"Leaf Great Whirlwind!" Guy smashed his foot down, but the masked ninja leaped away, leaving a massive crater in the ground.

Guy was fighting both masked ninjas, while Neji and Rock Lee were each struggling against a Jonin. They were clearly reaching their limits; there was still a gap between their strength and that of the Jonin from smaller nations. The remaining Jonin, Yamashin, was being held back by Yamashin.

Rock Lee, I'm coming. Seeing Guy engaged with the two masked men, Yin Xiang went to assist Rock Lee.

"Father, just surrender!" Yamashin said while clashing with Yamashin. The two were fighting, but neither was truly going all out.

"Yamashin, did you bring these people here?" Yamashin asked in a low voice as their kunai locked together.

"Yes, we took a mission issued by the Leaf." Yamashin nodded.

"This is a disaster! Yamashin! How could I possibly betray the country?" Yamashin hissed at him.

"Huh?" Yamashin was stunned. What did that mean?

"Shikaku, give Neji a hand!" Yin Xiang shouted toward the cave. The Third Hokage, who was inside, understood and transformed into Shikaku before stepping out.

"Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique!" Shikaku threw three shuriken and used the technique to overwhelm the Jonin fighting Neji, who was already covered in wounds.

"Poof." The Jonin attacked by Shikaku used a Substitution Technique to dodge the shuriken.

"Earth Style: Earth Flow River!" Shikaku stood his ground and continued to form seals. The moment the Jonin landed, the ground turned to mud, knocking him off balance.

"Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bullet!" Shikaku continued his seals. A dragon head emerged from the ground, spitting dozens of mud bullets that slammed into the Jonin's face, knocking him unconscious and leaving him bloodied.

"As expected of the Third Hokage." Seeing the Third take down the Jonin who had given him such a hard time in just a few moves, Neji remarked from the side. The Third just smiled, said nothing, and continued to watch Yin Xiang.

"Wind Style: Great Breakthrough, Lightning Style." Yin Xiang formed seals, used the Great Breakthrough, and imbued his kunai with lightning. With both elements, the kunai flew at blinding speed, piercing the Jonin's right arm and rendering it useless.

"Hidden Lotus!" Rock Lee charged in, opened the third gate of the Eight Inner Gates, kicked the Jonin into the air, unleashed a flurry of strikes, and slammed him into the ground.

"Ugh..." Rock Lee's muscles screamed in pain; this was the strongest move he could currently perform.

"It's a fake." Yin Xiang shook his head. Just as Rock Lee looked on in confusion, the figure on the ground turned into an earth clone.

"When!" Rock Lee clutched his leg and crouched down. During the Chunin Exams, his leg was ruined by Gaara, but this time it wouldn't be destroyed—he would only suffer the side effects of the Hidden Lotus.

"Chidori." Lightning flickered on Yin Xiang's hand again as he kicked Rock Lee aside. While Rock Lee was still dazed, a hand burst from the ground where he had been standing. Yin Xiang slammed a Chidori directly into it, blowing the arm into a bloody mess.

"AAHH!!" A pig-like shriek erupted from underground. The Jonin crawled out, his left hand mangled by Yin Xiang's blast and his right arm already crippled by the wind-lightning kunai.

"That's for using Earth Style on me!" Yin Xiang reached out, preparing a Rasengan...
