Uchiha Sasuke's Rinnegan was fixed on the distance.

Indra watched the distance with a calm expression. Otsutsuki Hagoromo and Otsutsuki Hamura had appeared there, looking somewhat worse for wear.

Otsutsuki Hamura said, still shaken.

All three stared at Otsutsuki Tatsuten in astonishment.
"Uncle Chen Tian, does that mean I can learn the Rinnegan's [Shinra Tensei] too?"
Seeing Otsutsuki Tatsuten use it while his eyes were in the Byakugan state, Asura asked excitedly.
Otsutsuki Tatsuten shook his head. "You don't have the Rinnegan's visual prowess, so naturally you can't use Shinra Tensei. It's like not having fire-nature chakra. How could you use the Great Fireball Technique without it?"
"But even if you can't, Indra probably can. His eyes are already very close to the Rinnegan."
"I understand. It's like when you've trained a ninjutsu to its utmost level, you can use it without Hand Seals.
"Ninja use Hand Seals simply to perform ninjutsu more effectively."
Uchiha Sasuke remembered that even when he had only one hand left, he could still use all the ninjutsu he'd known before. He was just a little slower.

"Remember the jutsu I taught you. With your Otsutsuki Body, once you've learned them all, you won't be any weaker than a Grandmaster."
Asura called out to Uzumaki Boruto.
"I know, ancestor!"
"If I get the chance, I hope I can see you again!"
Uzumaki Boruto called back to Asura with a smile.
"There probably won't be another chance!
"It's already been a thousand years. I must have been dead for ages!"
Asura said helplessly.
"Since Sasuke's finished reading it, you can have the book.
"Indra, if you learn all these jutsu, perhaps you'll awaken your Rinnegan sooner."
Otsutsuki Tatsuten replied.
"Really? That's wonderful!"
Indra managed a rare smile.
Without his goal of becoming the Ninja Sect's leader, Indra was a training fanatic. His dream had now become traveling the world.
"Chen Tian, why do you want Urashiki's eyes?"
Otsutsuki Hagoromo remembered Otsutsuki Tatsuten gouging out Urashiki's eyes, and felt a little sick.
