But Otsutsuki Yuhao was different.

He wore golden Japanese-style noble attire draped with a translucent Hagoromo, featuring six black magatama-shaped patterns on his chest and a red spiral emblem on his back, beneath which nine magatama were arranged in a grid (three per row).

He had long, silvery-white hair and a pair of unique sky-blue eyes.

That was the legend that the Sage of Six Paths' younger brother, the Ancestor of Sage Arts, had always lived within the Ninja World.

After defeating the First Mizukage along with three thousand ninja and one hundred thousand samurai, Senju Hashirama looked up at the sky, where Otsutsuki Yuhao stood with both feet on a circular black disc formed by a Truth-Seeking Orb, holding a recording device the likes of which he had never seen before.

"Naturally, I am here to record your battle!"

With that, Otsutsuki Yuhao put the recording device away.

"Record our battle?"

"Senior Yuhao, you really do like to joke. Can that thing you just used really record the battle that just took place?"

Senju Hashirama asked curiously.

"Of course it can. You will understand in the future!

I have already notified the Kage of the three nations, and they have agreed to come to Konoha in one month for a Five Kage Summit."

Otsutsuki Yuhao said.

"That is truly wonderful!"

Senju Hashirama said excitedly.

"I will take you back to Konoha; your speed is far too slow!"

Saying this, Otsutsuki Yuhao used space-time ninjutsu to bring Senju Hashirama back to Konoha.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Madara, Uchiha Izuna, and Senju Tobirama had already returned to Konoha.

Uchiha Madara said helplessly.

Senju Hashirama rubbed the back of his head, laughed, and said nothing more.

"I heard you invited the other Kage to Konoha for a Five Kage Summit.

What a hassle, if you ask me!

We should just unify those four great nations directly; that way, there would be no more war in the Ninja World."

Uchiha Madara said indifferently.

Senju Hashirama shook his head and said, "That won't work. Even if we unified the entire Ninja World, if there ever came a day when we were no longer here, war would still break out in the Ninja World!"

Uchiha Madara said disdainfully, "As if that won't happen now. If the four of us were gone one day, the other ninja villages would certainly come to attack Konoha. The result remains unchanged."

"That is why I intend to have the other Kage come for a meeting; I hope to resolve this problem."

Senju Hashirama said with a serious expression.

"Hmph, do as you please!"

Uchiha Madara snorted coldly, turned, and walked away, no longer bickering with Senju Hashirama.

Senju Tobirama said with a helpless expression.

On either side of the rectangular table sat the Raikage, Mizukage, Kazekage, and Tsuchikage, with two bodyguards standing behind each Kage.

For Sunagakure, the Second Kazekage, Shamon, served as the bodyguard for the First Kazekage, Retto.

For Iwagakure, the Second Tsuchikage, Mu, served as the bodyguard for the First Tsuchikage, Ishikawa.

For the Cloud Village, the Second Raikage, A, served as the bodyguard for the First Raikage, A.

For Kirigakure, the Third Mizukage served as the bodyguard for the First Mizukage, Byakuren.

Standing behind Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara were Senju Tobirama and Uchiha Izuna, respectively.

"Hokage, are you truly determined to sell the Tailed Beasts to us?"

The Raikage asked, sounding somewhat skeptical.

"Indeed. I would hate for us to buy back the Tailed Beasts only for you to come to our village and snatch them back immediately after."

The Mizukage also expressed his disbelief.

"Rest assured, we would never do such a thing! Otherwise, there would have been no need to invite you all here. If it weren't for Hashirama insisting that the nine Tailed Beasts be distributed equally among the five villages based on their abilities and numbers to create a balance of power, thereby achieving peace between our nations, I wouldn't have bothered attending this Five Kage Summit at all. Tailed Beasts! Heh, they are nothing more than pets!"

Uchiha Madara said in a calm tone.

To the other Kage, however, it sounded as if Uchiha Madara was mocking them.

Yet, the four Kage dared not speak their anger, for the man's strength was simply too great.

"Deputy Hokage, what exactly do you mean by that? Even if our strength is inferior to Konoha's, you are looking down on us far too much!"

The Tsuchikage glared at Uchiha Madara with an ugly expression.

"Heh, I never said that! But even if I were looking down on you, so what? To quote Senior Yuhao, 'weak nations have no diplomacy.'"

Uchiha Madara said with a cold expression.

As soon as Uchiha Madara's words fell, the other four Kage stood up immediately, glaring at him with dark expressions.

The air was thick with the scent of gunpowder.

Seeing the scene on the verge of falling apart because of Uchiha Madara's words, Senju Hashirama hurriedly stood up.

"Alright, Madara, say a little less. And everyone, please calm down. Konoha has absolutely no intention of looking down on any of you. Let us return to the matter of the Tailed Beasts."

Seeing Senju Hashirama step in to mediate, the expressions of the other four Kage improved significantly.

If it possessed a Tailed Beast, it could effectively keep other nations in check, making a balance of power easier to maintain.

This was also why, even though Takigakure was not one of the Five Great Nations, it was still granted the eligibility to make such a purchase.
