But Otsutsuki Yuhao was different.

Senju Hashirama said excitedly.

"I'll take you back to Konoha. You're too slow!"

As he spoke, Otsutsuki Yuhao used Space-Time Ninjutsu to take Senju Hashirama back to Konoha.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Madara, Uchiha Izuna, and Senju Tobirama had already returned to Konoha.

When they defeated the other Kage, Uchiha Madara had been the fastest, followed by Uchiha Izuna, then Senju Tobirama.

Senju Hashirama had taken twice as long as the other three combined.

That was because Senju Hashirama had kept trying to talk his opponent into surrendering, and only resorted to force when his talk failed.

"You're so slow, Hashirama!"

"I heard you invited the other Kage to Konoha for a Five Kage Summit.

What a hassle. If you ask me, we should just unify the other four great nations. Then there'll be no more wars in the Ninja World."

Uchiha Madara said calmly.

Senju Hashirama shook his head. "That won't work. Even if we unified the entire Ninja World, one day, when we're gone,

wars would still break out."

Uchiha Madara said scornfully, "As if they won't break out anyway. If the four of us were gone one day, the other villages would definitely attack Konoha. The outcome wouldn't change."

"That's why I'm planning to invite the other Kage to a meeting. I hope we can find a solution to this problem."

Senju Hashirama said earnestly.

Kumogakure's Second Raikage, A, served as a guard to the First Raikage, A.

The Third Mizukage served as a guard to the First Mizukage, Byakuren.

Senju Tobirama and Uchiha Izuna stood behind Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara, respectively.

"Lord Hokage, have you really decided to sell us the Tailed Beasts?"

The Raikage asked, still somewhat doubtful.

"Yes. I wouldn't want you to buy a Tailed Beast from us, then turn around and come to our village to take it back."

The Mizukage was skeptical too.

"Don't worry. We won't do that!

Otherwise, there'd have been no point in inviting you here.

If Hashirama hadn't suggested that the Nine Tailed Beasts be distributed among the five villages according to their abilities and numbers, so that we could keep one another in check
