Background

Madara was born two thousand years after the era of Indra and Asura. Hailed as the Uchiha genius closest to Indra, he matured at an extraordinary rate and became a special jōnin by age seven. 36

During the Warring States period, Madara met Senju Hashirama while skipping stones at a riverbank. Although they belonged to clans divided by a millennium of bloodshed, the two formed a bond through their shared talent and frustration with clan warfare. 36

Otsutsuki Yuhao had secretly appeared before Madara since childhood, unseen by Madara’s father and clan. After revealing enough of his strength to overwhelm both Uchiha Tajima and Senju Butsuma, Yuhao accepted Madara and Hashirama as disciples. His training combined barrages of low-level ninjutsu, tenfold gravity, weighted physical conditioning, and restrictions on chakra use. 36 37 39

Ten years later, Madara and Hashirama pledged to build a village without war. Their efforts resulted in the founding of Konohagakure, the first ninja village in the Ninja World. 40 42

Unlike Hashirama, Madara favors force over diplomacy.
