It took a month to complete the Rasengan. Unlike Naruto, I didn't need two hands; relying on the Senju Clan's chakra control, I could form the Rasengan with just one.

Li Yu felt quite satisfied. He took the opportunity to find Namikaze Minato to study the Flying Thunder God together—an S-rank space-time ninjutsu developed by the Second Hokage. It required no hand seals to activate. If only I could master it; the Senju Clan should have an affinity for space-time ninjutsu as well.

Given that the daily patrol duties within the village for the Anbu were monotonous, Li Yu sent a Wood Clone to report and patrol for the Anbu every day, while his true body stayed at home to practice ninjutsu.

Through the observations made during the daily Anbu patrols, he knew where Minato often trained.

Namikaze Minato was very tempted, but he still hesitated.

There were detailed explanations of the Sharingan and its advanced abilities, with descriptions reaching as high as the Mangekyo.

The scroll contained a detailed explanation of Susanoo, covering its initial form, the first through fourth forms, and the Complete Body.

Below that, there was even the Majestic Attire: Susanoo: equipping Susanoo as armor onto the Nine-Tails, combining the overwhelming power of the Nine-Tails with the supreme defensive capabilities of Susanoo.

Was this not the ultimate technique Lord Madara unleashed during the battle between Hashirama and Uchiha Madara at the Valley of the End? Even this, the Second Hokage had recorded.

After finishing these, I closed the scroll. The most important thing right now was to study ninjutsu and find a suitable target to seize ocular power from.
