Story Role / Major Arcs
Conflict with Qian Shangyi
After Tang Hao's death, Asura attempts to interfere with Qian Lingche in the lower realm. Qian Shangyi intercepts him at the Asura God Hall, accusing him of abusing his position as a law enforcer and targeting her successor. Their battle ends without a decisive victor, though both are injured 34.
Qian Shangyi later reveals that she severed five levels of Asura's cultivation in response to his actions. She threatens to ensure Tang San is buried alongside Qian Lingche if anything happens to her successor 41.
Destruction of the Capital of Slaughter
Qian Lingche destroys the Capital of Slaughter as the Snow God's Third Trial. Asura confronts Qian Shangyi in rage because the site was his place of inheritance, but she dismisses it as a justified exchange for the destruction of her former inheritance site. Faced with her ice spikes and challenge to fight again, he withdraws 42.
Tang San's Accelerated Inheritance
Seeking a successor to oppose Qian Lingche, Asura directly elevates Tang San to level 99 and instructs him to complete his soul rings to inherit the Asura divine position 59. When Tang San is overwhelmed by Title Douluo, Asura rescues him and gives him fourteen God-Given Soul Rings 61.
After Tang San enters the Asura inheritance space, Asura orders him to kill Qian Lingche. He shows Tang San the moment Qian Lingche killed Tang Hao, deliberately fueling Tang San's desire for revenge 64.
Fall of the Asura God
As Tang San loses decisively to Qian Lingche, Asura considers intervening in their duel but is restrained by Qian Shangyi 64 65. He then openly attacks her, while Poseidon joins the confrontation. Qian Shangyi overwhelms both gods and shatters their divine positions 67.
Qian Shangyi later captures the primordial spirits of Asura and Poseidon, crushes them, freezes their divine bodies, and destroys the bodies into ice dust, permanently annihilating both gods 69.
