After logging off, Shi Feng stepped out of the Virtual Reality Pod and began his training routine for the day.

Ever since the increase in his brain activity last time, Shi Feng had treated his body as though he had discovered a new continent, constantly developing and adapting it.

The human body was governed by the brain, which controlled everything within it.

Such as endocrine functions, the body's cellular immunity, control over physical strength, and so on.

Because the amount of information involved was enormous, the brain handled all of it automatically, much like a computer's automated programs. Everything had long been set up in secret and processed automatically, without requiring the brain's detailed attention. This was a form of self-protection for the brain.

However, as brain activity increased and the brain utilization rate continued to rise, humans could control these things instead of passively accepting them. If brain activity became high enough, humans could even control their own endocrine functions, regulate their bodies, extend their lifespans, maintain their youth, and more.

This was especially true of controlling the subconscious brain's suppression of physical strength.

If an ordinary person could punch with a force of 100 kilograms, then once the subconscious brain removed its suppression on the body's strength, that person could instantly unleash ten or even dozens of times more power.

Just like in many news reports, when people found themselves in emergencies or life-threatening situations, they would suddenly erupt with strength far beyond their usual limits. That was because their brains had lifted a small portion of the restrictions, granting them such power.

Wanting to remove this limitation of the brain was extremely, extremely difficult. Many people could not remove it even when their lives were in danger, and even if they could, it would only last for
