Background / History

Nara Luling was saved by Minato Namikaze in the past, leaving her with enduring gratitude and reverence toward him. Even after learning that he had already died once, she insists that he will always be Konoha's Hokage and her savior. 11

As an Anbu operative, she was tasked with delivering Naruto Uzumaki to Shi Xiu's care. She later received the Hokage's permission to visit Naruto herself, driven by concern for the infant's welfare. 3 10
