Li Mao and five Tier 3 soldiers visited Zhou Chang to persuade him to join Great Qin, revealing its immense military strength, protection from disasters, and plans to found a nation. After learning that Zhao Fu had become a Protector of the Way, Zhou Chang asked whether he could serve Great Qin.
Zhao Fu’s envoys sought to persuade the city lords to submit to Great Qin, but several hostile lords killed them. After learning that fifty envoys had died, Zhao Fu prepared a rapid retaliation against the cities responsible.
Zhao Fu took revenge on Orange City for killing Great Qin’s people, killing Liu Dacheng and forcing the city to surrender. He then attacked Zhang Linnei in East Peace City, where three other City Lords arrived and faced his warning to stay out of the conflict.
Great Qin destroyed fifty system main cities in one night, killing Zhao Cheng and shocking the surrounding regions. As Great Qin City reached level five and several City Lords agreed to submit, rival powers in the east, south, and west launched an attack against Great Qin.
Great Qin faced simultaneous attacks from the eastern, western, and southern factions, prompting Zhao Fu to redistribute his forces and personally take command of the southern front. On the eastern front, Bai Qi’s army matched the attackers’ numbers and opened the battle with ballista fire across Leaf Prefecture’s marshland.
The system army overcame Great Qin’s swamp defense and charged the Great Wall, forcing Bai Qi to summon the Seven Killings General Star. Empowered by the star and the soldiers’ Army Qi, a colossal blood eagle shattered the enemy’s advance, leaving at least a million system soldiers dead.
Bai Qi and Great Qin fought the system armies across multiple fronts as the attackers pressed toward the Great Wall. At Pot Prefecture, Wang Jian allowed the enemy to widen the terrain before launching its assault, then prepared Consort Xiu and Consort He to meet the charge.
Binuoxiu and Kelahe fused their forbidden spells to devastate the system army, forcing it to halt its assault on the Great Wall. In the south, Zhao Fu faced a twelve-million-strong army and defended Great Qin’s mountain wall with rolling stones and rune arrows.
Zhao Fu used rune arrows, Dragon-Shooting Ballistas, and a Death Catastrophe to repel the system army’s assault on the Great Wall. The system soldiers were still fighting the empowered undead as the surviving city lords charged toward Zhao Fu again.
Zhao Fu used the power of Great Qin’s artifacts to confront the attacking System City Lords, then feigned defeat to lure them into the enhanced Nether Ghost Realm. The trap left most of the City Lords trapped with Zhao Fu while only thirty escaped.
Zhao Fu led Great Qin to victory across the eastern, southern, and western battlefields, forcing the enemy forces to retreat and gaining control of many regions. After the war, eighty system city lords pledged allegiance, and Great Qin City became a Level One Capital City.
After Great Qin became a Level 1 Capital City, Zhao Fu prepared for the kingdom’s restoration and ordered a royal palace built. He then invaded the western faction, whose leaders fled or surrendered, while Great Qin swiftly took the western region.
After Great Qin gained seventy-seven regions, Zhao Fu continued expanding its influence through envoys and opened the regional treasure chests he had collected. He found several useful treasures, including a Dragon-Shooting Ballista, Silver Spirit Liquid, and a City Upgrade Stone, but ended still hoping for more upgrade stones.
Zhao Fu opened the remaining regional treasure chests and obtained several useful items, most notably a Refresh Point Stone for the Flying Dragon Nest and a Heavenly Spirit Stele that could connect Great Qin to missions and information across Apocalypse World. He left the final chest’s ordinary material behind and was eager to place the stele and explore it.
Zhao Fu used his blood to create an account with the Heavenly Spirit Stele, revealing his exceptionally powerful First-Generation Emperor Bloodline. Heaven's Secret Pavilion learned of the bloodline and called an emergency meeting, where a demon clansman challenged the claim that it surpassed demonic bloodlines.
Old Li revealed a first-generation Imperial Blood so terrifying that major merchant groups classified its owner as extremely dangerous and ordered the highest level of observation. Unaware of the alarm he had caused, Zhao Fu explored the Heavenly Spirit Stele, posted a mission for recent news, and left to handle other matters.
Zhao Fu strengthened Great Qin’s resources and chose Peacock City, Ice Spirit City, and Fireflame City as future capitals, postponing their upgrades until Great Qin reached Level Six. After returning to the real world, he reunited with Zheng Qiu, who called her cousin to join them.
Zhao Fu reunited with his university classmate Bai Yan, who had come to join Great Qin and sought his protection. He accepted her as his woman, and the chapter ended with Bai Yan and Zheng Qiu joining him while Zheng Yuqin watched from nearby.
Zhao Fu investigated national inheritances and read a chronicle of major events in Apocalypse World, becoming concerned that the Dao Sect had detected the Origin Clan in the northern frontier. Great Qin’s assassins later found two national inheritances that had not relocated, and Zhao Fu requested information on them.
Zhao Fu sent Bai Qi to destroy Chen State while he personally led an army against Great West. Bai Qi’s forces surrounded Chen State City, leaving its inheritor Chen Man overwhelmed by fear and regret.
Chen Man surrendered the Chen Kingdom to Bai Qi, while Zhao Fu led Great Qin against Great West City and killed its inheritor, Zhang Shisha. After Great Qin slaughtered the city’s fierce defenders, Zhao Fu took control of the city and found a huge blood-colored stone stele.
Zhao Fu occupied Great West City, destroyed its kingdom, and witnessed the cruelty its people had inflicted on prisoners. He then took control of Chen City State and raised Zhang Han’s aptitude, leaving Great Qin with two more national inheritances and renewed strength.
Zhao Fu bought rune stones and a vast supply of soldier corpses from Ruoxi, learning that the Demon Horn Empire had devastated the Greenfield People and Blue-Eyed People before a Half-Orc World joined them. As Zhao Fu and Ruoxi finished their trade, the hidden room was attacked and collapsed, leaving them to flee from the Koshi Kingdom’s officials.
Zhao Fu escaped Koshi Kingdom and returned to the Land of Inheritance, then inspected Northern Zhou City and reunited with Nangong Shuyue. The chapter ended with Cai Shaohui overhearing them together and accepting that his mother had a right to her own life.
After Zhao Fu and Nangong Shuyue agreed she could visit Great Qin City, a mysterious black-clothed young man appeared in America and began slaughtering people in a system main city. The chapter ended as the city's powerful ruler confronted him.
