History

Discovery and early use

Li Qing discovered the Jade Tablet in his mind after transmigrating to the Great Tang Dynasty. It records knowledge from books he has read or touched, removes perceived errors and dross, and produces altered versions. Its corrections do not automatically grant Li Qing the ability to apply the information it contains. 1

Its first major cultivation intervention was the alteration of the Blood Refining Art, removing the technique's requirement to abstain from meat and fish. This allowed Li Qing to cultivate a version without that stated taboo. 1

When Li Qing touched an Essence Stone, the Tablet drew radiance from it and released purified essence into his blood. He subsequently recognized Essence Stone purification as another means by which the Tablet could accelerate his cultivation. 12 55

After Li Qing read a dossier concerning Jade City's smuggling case, the Tablet reconstructed the Blood Demon Sect's involvement, identifying Commander-in-Chief Wang Jie as a sleeper agent. This established its ability to infer concealed truths when provided with sufficient connected information. 43

Li Qing noticed that many revised techniques replaced the plundering of other beings' vital essence with cultivation using his own. He interpreted the bodily foundation of the Humanity's Overview Technique as a deliberate preference for a safer cultivation path that avoided reliance on Anomaly organs or other people's limbs. 25 31

Expansion of its archive

After Li Qing absorbed information from the Library Pavilion, the Tablet classified and synthesized the material into six Foundation Establishment-level compendiums. Its revisions also produced the Universal Heaven Acupoint Circulation Diagram and transformed Li Qing's innate-spell system. 92

The Tablet later restored hidden historical events, including Emperor Chongxin's transformation into an Anomaly and more than 300 concealed historical truths, burial sites, and inheritances. 102

As Li Qing expanded his information network through Shadow Paper Dolls, the Tablet processed province-wide records from Yang and North Provinces. By the completion of his Nine Provinces and Four Domains network, it could access roughly 99% of the world's available information and compile data on experts above the Dharma Form Realm. 427 650

Its provincial investigations identified thirty-seven mysterious figures, including Ma Bowen, Zhang Daqian, Su Muqin, and Wang Changsheng. Earlier, it had confirmed that Zhang Daqian was a conscious ancient corpse who had assumed different identities throughout history. 305 428

Li Qing continued pairing the Tablet's restoration with information gathered by the Way of Changes and, later, Civilization Information Essence. In the Unique Universe, its probes revealed nearly all secrets within their reach, although higher-level powers could still evade them. 1545 2413

Its investigations also extended to lost universes and unfamiliar power systems. Information gathered through repeated visits to Mount Sumeru's illusions allowed it to reconstruct the history and destruction of the Bright Great Thousand Universe. It later explained the Blue Light Demon Domain's three sequences and the rituals through which belief could turn a fabricated legend into real logic. 1218 1983 1984

Origin mysteries and distrust

The Tablet identified the distortion of world information as interference from the otherworldly being known as Heaven. It also reconstructed the roles of Heaven, the Enemy of Heaven, cultivation, anomalies, and the Six Paths Investiture of Gods. 555

Li Qing gradually recognized that the Tablet cannot reconstruct information without related evidence, sufficient information density, or karmic connection. He began developing the Way of Changes to reduce his reliance on it. 625 966 1072

His efforts to establish an alternative deduction system began with Cosmic Mind Star Divination. He recorded the Tablet's information across a constructed mental starry sky, but this second system initially lacked the Tablet's ability to restore distorted information to its true form. Later, his civilization logic gained the ability to purify vital essence independently, removing another source of dependence. 477 1303

When the Tablet reconstructed the Infinite Universe's First War, it could reveal the influence of a hidden power but not that power's identity or detailed actions. Li Qing named the existence the Unknown and inferred that its ability to interfere with reconstruction placed it on the Tablet's level. 1880

A probe into the Unique Universe alerted its six major powers and its Infinite Mechanism entities, spurring the onset of the Immeasurable Final Calamity. The Tablet could not then explain the calamity further, leading Li Qing to suspect that it was an important object connected to the event. 2205

After its karmic-concealment action in Fengdu City, Li Qing concluded that the Tablet may have an unknown operator and that he could be a piece in a larger plan connected to the Immeasurable Final Calamity. This remains his deduction rather than a confirmed explanation. 2315

He also reasoned that the foundations of his nine civilization paths, although genuinely free of flaws, would be fully understood by whoever controlled the Tablet. He therefore planned to derive an entirely personal essence of civilization without passing it through the Tablet, then remove the artifact and discard the nine paths' Infinite Mechanisms at the decisive moment of his breakthrough. 2315

Li Qing later reasoned that the Tablet needs him as a medium for retrieving and recording information. He consequently withheld details of a possible trump card rather than enter them into the Tablet. 2337

Comparing the Tablet with Anti-Li Qing's azure-enhanced power led Li Qing to propose a two-part origin: a mysterious azure point of light fused with a hidden figure's Supreme Mechanism. In this hypothesis, the azure substance was the original treasure, while the mechanism supplied the information-restoration function that it amplified. The complete explanation remained unconfirmed. 2494

Anti-Li Qing sensed no will within the Tablet's Supreme Mechanism during their study of Anti-Primordial Chaos flesh. Nevertheless, Li Qing remained wary that supplying more Anti-Primordial Chaos information could strengthen the artifact, and later restricted such input even after using a portion to evolve it. 2531 2546 2619

As Li Qing encountered increasingly powerful outsiders, he judged that the Tablet's internal restoration principle was approaching the limit of its usefulness unless it could be replaced with a corresponding higher principle. He also deliberately restricted its use to prevent another mysterious being from discovering the treasure's value. 2792 2811

Awakening of the true body

Li Qing's exposure of the Tablet was deliberate. He planned to release its aura, induce rival powers to attack, and channel their strength into the artifact to force out the existence concealed within it. For the first time, he summoned the Tablet from his mind while preparing this confrontation. 2896 2897

The Tablet's true body was finally exposed at the end of a mysterious passage, radiating azure light. Several major powers attempted to seize it. 2907 2908

Stone Daoist Li Qing's Dao Fruit served as a conduit displaying the treasure's aura. After the Dao Fruit shattered, the attackers discovered that the actual Tablet was farther down the passage. Although they recognized Li Qing's attempt to borrow their force, they continued because they believed direct contact would allow them to seize it. Their initial assault shattered all of Li Qing's binding power on the artifact and covered its surface in fissures. 2907 2908

Their assault triggered a violent transformation: the Tablet cracked, emitted azure radiance, repelled and injured the attacking forces, and awakened the Eighth Supreme's underlying mechanism. 2909

The first eruption shattered the four converging torrents and gravely wounded the attached wills of the Supreme Heavenly Lord, the Mysterious Immortal, the Five Immortal Kings, and the Seven Supremes. Li Qing warned that the expanding ripples could breach Primordial Chaos and attract beings from beyond it, prompting the hostile powers to establish barriers. The attackers also traced the Tablet's fluctuations to Li Qing's location, where the Cosmic Pearl cracked and time briefly rewound to the earlier assault. 2909

A second attack, retaining seventy percent of the previous assault's might, spread the cracks still farther. The Eighth Supreme's will then erupted with a complete information-essence Supreme Mechanism that had undergone an unknown mutation. Its counterattack began dissolving even the besieging Fusion Supreme Mechanism, Reverse Ultimate Mechanism, and Immortal Spirit Sourceflow. 2909

The Heavenly Dao Reincarnation Emperor identified the awakened figure as the Eighth Supreme, known to his enemies as the Conspirator. The awakened will angrily accused the attackers of ruining his plan. Despite this revelation and the damage to their powers, the hostile factions renewed their attack on the cracked Tablet. 2909

Appearance

The Jade Tablet normally exists within Li Qing's mind and displays its results as written entries, reconstructed texts, and categorized records. Its physical true body is described as a square tablet emitting azure radiance. 1 635 2907
