Vajra Chains Suppress Nine-Tails

Outside Konoha Village.

BOOM!

With a deafening roar, a massive red toad was sent flying through the air.

"Are you alright, Gamabunta?" Jiraiya's worried voice rang out.

Although Gamabunta was immensely powerful, there was still a significant gap between him and the Three-Tails. Furthermore, Jiraiya was currently holding Naruto, making it impossible to fight at full strength, and they had quickly fallen onto the defensive.

"ROAR!"

Suddenly, a thunderous howl pierced the air, and in an instant, Jiraiya felt a wave of violent, bloodthirsty energy wash over him.

"That... is the Nine-Tails."

Watching the colossal figure sprinting madly toward Konoha in the distance, Jiraiya's expression turned grim.

If it were only the Three-Tails, he might have been able to hold his ground, but with the Nine-Tails added to the mix, there was simply no chance of victory.

At that moment, the Nine-Tails' massive body was already closing in.

Whether in terms of sheer presence or physical size, the Three-Tails was far inferior to the Nine-Tails.

"ROAR!"

Taking advantage of Jiraiya's momentary distraction, the Three-Tails lunged forward.

"Enma, Adamantine Staff!"

Just as the Three-Tails was about to breach Konoha, a massive iron staff appeared, slamming forward to block its path.

The Old Man is here, Jiraiya thought, recognizing the familiar jutsu.

"Get back!" With a furious shout, the Third Hokage, clad in his black combat gear, exerted his strength. Under the sheer force of the blow, the Three-Tails' massive body was forced to retreat.

Space rippled, and Minato appeared beside Jiraiya.

His pupils constricted; he had noticed the Nine-Tails as well as the Three-Tails. "I'm sorry, Master Jiraiya."

A look of guilt crossed Minato's face.

"Enough, this isn't the time for that. Take Naruto back first," Jiraiya said, handing the boy over.

Understanding the gravity of the situation, Minato took Naruto. After casting an apologetic glance toward the Third Hokage, he used the Flying Thunder God to vanish from the scene.

"Alright, Gamabunta, get ready for a real fight!" Jiraiya's bold voice echoed.

"What a pain," Gamabunta grumbled, though he still assumed a combat stance and began to gather his strength.

POOF!

Gamabunta's massive body leaped high, soaring directly over the Three-Tails.

"ROAR!"

At that moment, the Nine-Tails' gargantuan form charged forward.

"Toad Oil Flame Bullet!" Jiraiya and Gamabunta shouted in unison.

Crimson flames, hot as magma, erupted from Jiraiya's mouth, while Gamabunta spewed a vast quantity of oil.

As the flames met the flammable oil, a massive BOOM shook the air, and the fire intensified into a ferocious inferno, hurtling toward the approaching Nine-Tails.

On the other side, the Third Hokage tacitly lured the Three-Tails into a different area. Though he was past his prime, his strength remained formidable.

The Adamantine Staff, transformed from Enma, whistled through the air as he swung it, allowing him to hold his own against the fully transformed Three-Tails.

However, he knew this was only temporary. He could clearly feel his chakra draining rapidly; he wouldn't be able to keep fighting for much longer.

The situation on Jiraiya's side was even more dire.

Despite Gamabunta's assistance, he was facing the strongest of the Tailed Beasts, the Nine-Tails. Even if it wasn't fighting at full capacity due to Obito's control, it was still far beyond what Jiraiya could withstand.

"Hah... hah..."

Jiraiya gasped for air, his long, flowing hair matted with dirt and grime, looking quite disheveled.

"Sorry, Jiraiya, my chakra is exhausted." No sooner had he spoken than a poof sounded, and Gamabunta's massive form vanished into a cloud of white smoke.

Thank you, Gamabunta, Jiraiya thought to himself. Facing two Tailed Beasts in succession, with the second being the strongest of them all—Gamabunta had done all he could as a summon.

"ROAR!"

The Nine-Tails bellowed in fury. Controlled by Obito, it had only one thought in mind: to trample Konoha into the dust.

Its massive body tensed, and the Nine-Tails opened its giant maw, a terrifying surge of energy coalescing within.

Soon, the energy condensed into a blue-black sphere.

"Oh no, it's a Tailed Beast Ball!" Jiraiya exclaimed.

BOOM!

The massive Tailed Beast Ball tore through the air, hurtling forward with such intense pressure that it ripped a deep fissure into the ground.

A bitter smile touched Jiraiya's lips. With the power he currently possessed, he had no way to block such an ultimate attack.

Suddenly, the space before him rippled, and two familiar figures stood in his path.

Wearing a white haori and sporting dazzling blonde hair, it was his most outstanding student, the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze.

When he saw the figure beside him, Jiraiya's pupils trembled slightly; she had cascading blood-red hair and was dressed in the green flak jacket of a Konoha jonin.

"Kushina, how is she..." Jiraiya muttered in surprise.

"It seems I arrived just in time," Minato said, having just teleported over. Seeing the Tailed Beast Ball brimming with violent energy, he didn't hesitate for a second. His figure flickered, and by the time he reappeared, he was already standing before the orb.

Holding a special kunai horizontally across his chest, he gave a soft shout, "Flying Thunder God Technique."

The space in front of him rippled like a tide, and the Tailed Beast Ball slowly sank into the void.

BOOM!

A moment later, a violent explosion erupted in the distance, and a pillar of fire rose into the sky, visible to the naked eye.

"Phew, that worked," Minato exhaled. Teleporting such a massive amount of energy had consumed quite a bit of his chakra.

"Nine-Tails, you'd better behave yourself," at that moment, Kushina stood before the Nine-Tails. Although her face was still somewhat pale, she looked much better than before.

After absorbing most of the energy from within Naraku, Kushina had recovered to this state.

"Adamantine Attacking Chains!" Kushina shouted, a powerful surge of energy erupting from her body.

Nine chains formed from chakra surged toward the Nine-Tails.

"ROAR!"

With a furious howl, even while under control, a sense of resentment welled up within the Nine-Tails. The emotion was intense, yet it still failed to break through the control Obito held over him.

RUMBLE!

Under the Nine-Tails' command, his nine massive tails collided with the Adamantine Attacking Chains.

"Hmph!"

Kushina let out a cold snort.

In the ninja world at this time, if anyone could claim to understand the Nine-Tails best, no one would dare challenge Kushina for the top spot.

If not for the fact that childbirth had left her body too weak, and that Obito had used the Nine-Tails Sealing on her, the Nine-Tails wouldn't have even dreamed of breaking the seal; usually, Kushina simply used him as a human battery.

The nine chains moved rapidly through the air, quickly suppressing the Nine-Tails.

Minato appeared before Kushina. The two exchanged a glance, and then Minato placed his hand on her shoulder. At the same time, the nine massive Adamantine Attacking Chains erupted with even greater power.

"Stay down!" With a fierce shout and Kushina's full-force outburst, the Nine-Tails was now firmly bound by the chains.
