Enfirea took the vial containing only a shallow layer of liquid. Hades had expected the boy to at least offer a few mocking remarks about how little he had managed to produce after working for so long, and he had already prepared his rebuttal.

But to his surprise, the boy wore a grave expression, carefully observing the red liquid at the bottom of the vial under the dim light.

"Is this... is this the legendary Blood of God?" Enfirea's eyes, partially obscured by his hair, revealed a look of bewildered astonishment.

He had once heard his grandmother, Lizzie, mention a type of potion that would not degrade even without the use of "Preservation" magic. Its color was red, and according to her, such a potion might only exist in ruins from long ago.

Yet, seeing such a potion actually being produced before his eyes left him feeling as though he were in a dream. Potion-making usually resulted in a blue liquid, and alchemical solutions were never red.

However, when Jimi extracted the solution, it had already been red. Wait...

"Item Appraisal."

"Magic Detection."

Enfirea hurriedly cast his spells, beginning to appraise the liquid at the bottom of the vial.

As the seconds ticked by, Enfirea's breathing grew ragged.

It was true; this was the non-degrading healing potion. Because it was happening right before him, Enfirea found it hard to believe. He felt he shouldn't judge it by color alone, so he cast the appraisal spells.

But as the magic concluded, his eyes widened. This was indeed the Blood of God potion; it would not degrade even without any special treatment.

The technique for making this potion had just been demonstrated before him, yet Jimi had used only ordinary materials, merely following a different process.

He seemed to have used a type of magic never seen before to extract the alchemical solution.

"Blood of God?" Hades asked, puzzled.

This was just a minor healing potion, capable of restoring 50 HP. He didn't yet know if the volume of potions in this world correlated to the HP restored, but if it did, this tiny amount probably wouldn't even restore 50 HP.

"Yes, it is the Blood of God!"

Enfirea was beyond excited. He hadn't expected that merely wanting to see a type of potion not found in the workshop would lead him to witness the birth of the Blood of God.

"Forget it, call it whatever you want." Seeing this, Hades realized that the blue potion must have been significantly inferior, otherwise the boy wouldn't be so agitated.

Since that was the case, he felt relieved. He then asked, "How much do you think this potion could sell for?"

"Sell it?" Enfirea's excitement froze, then surged again. "Is Lord Jimi willing to sell it?"

"To be honest, I'm not short on potions. I want you to help me sell this in the future. What do you think?" Hades asked.

"I..." Enfirea hesitated. It wasn't that he didn't want to agree; if he could secure the rights to sell this potion, the workshop could easily mark up the price and make a fortune.

But he and his grandmother, Lizzie, weren't short on money. More than money, he wanted to learn such techniques, but how could that be possible?

"Is there a problem?" Hades asked. Seeing the boy's excitement, he knew the potion must be rare. Even if he took a cut, the boy could add his own markup, making it a win-win partnership.

"No, no, there's no problem, it's just..." Enfirea hesitated. His obsession with potions had reached a paranoid level; aside from that one person, his greatest love was researching them.

Now, to suddenly see someone appear who could shock the entire pharmaceutical industry...

"I don't know how Lord Jimi intends to sell it?" Enfirea ultimately gave up on the idea of asking to be an apprentice, at least for now. Besides, he wasn't sure if his aptitude would be enough to catch the eye of a master who could create the Blood of God.

"Let's talk about how much this stuff can sell for first. But I must warn you, the ore you provided isn't very good. Such a large chunk of ore only produced this little bit of solution. I don't know how much ore it would take to make a full bottle. Also, I don't have the materials. Even if I make it, you'll have to provide them. But don't worry, I'll just deduct the cost of the materials from my share."

Hades explained to Enfirea that by using YGGDRASIL ore combined with high-level extraction magic, a large chunk of ore should have yielded a whole basin of liquid.

Yet, there was only a drop. At this rate, a single bottle of potion would require half a room's worth of ore.

"Although I don't know why you used 'Nuran' ore to make the Blood of God, that ore isn't the best material for making alchemical solutions for us. However, perhaps the Blood of God requires such ore. If I am mistaken, please forgive me."

Enfirea directly used the honorific "You," even though the other man looked about his own age.

"Oh, is that so?" Hades was taken aback. In the game, different ores didn't vary much in extraction yield; only the quality of the ore itself affected the quality of the healing potion.

"You didn't know?" Enfirea suddenly felt a bit strange. Watching Hades' reaction, he seemed quite ignorant of these matters.

"Ha, just tell me, how much can this potion sell for?" Hades laughed, brushing the question aside.

"Well, the amount of this potion is too small. If we were to sell it, I'm afraid it wouldn't fetch much of a price..." Enfirea looked troubled, then continued, "If it were a standard volume, it could probably sell for eight gold coins. That is already equivalent to a second-tier healing spell."

"Eight gold coins?" Hades was surprised. He knew the money he had borrowed from Nigun was only about ten gold coins, and seeing how reluctant Nigun had been, it was clearly a significant sum.

This one bottle of minor healing potion could sell for eight gold coins?

"Eight gold coins is just my estimate. If you factor in its rarity, it could sell for a higher price. If you want to sell it for even more, you could hold an auction." Enfirea added quickly, seeing that the other man didn't seem satisfied.

"An auction won't be necessary; it's too flashy." Hades refused immediately.

He wanted to lay bait, yes, but he didn't want to draw too much attention. Besides, once an auction was held, the crowd would be mixed, making it inconvenient for him to single out members of Nazarick. If a fight broke out, he might cause innocent casualties.

In his plan, he needed to release information slowly to attract Nazarick members to investigate in secret, while he planted eyes in Lizzie Workshop to identify them.

Once the targets were confirmed, he would use assassination at the right moment to take out a few NPCs. Those NPCs were wearing divine-tier gear; no matter how rich Nazarick was, they couldn't possibly equip every NPC with a super-rare resurrection ring.

If they really had, he would have nothing to say and would just accept his loss.

He only feared that Momonga, out of caution, would have the NPCs remove their divine gear. But if Momonga wanted to use himself as bait and come personally, then he would kill him again.

And this time, it wouldn't matter if he was seen; he had plenty of identities anyway.
