The Troublemaking Cloud Hidden Envoy

During the reconstruction of Konoha, many new houses were built. To better care for their growing family, Minato and his wife moved into a brand-new villa.

"Dattebayo, Brother Genye, put me down already!" Naruto shouted from within Genye's arms.

"Hey, you little blondie." Genye rolled his eyes and said, "You were happy enough to be held, cuddled, and kissed when you were little, but now that you're older, you're turning your back on me?"

"Alright, Genye, just put Naruto down." Jiraiya, standing to the side, couldn't bear to watch anymore. "Who holds a child upside down like that?"

"...Oh." Genye curled his lip, flipped the forcibly inverted Naruto over, and set him on the ground.

As a result, the kid just kept on with his "dattebayo, dattebayo" routine.

Genye was only interested in playing, not soothing; seeing the kid making a fuss, he simply washed his hands of the matter and went to chat with Nohara Rin nearby.

Rin hesitated for a moment, leaned into Genye's ear, and whispered a name.

Genye widened his eyes, looking completely stunned after hearing the answer.

"Alright, the dishes are all served, time to eat!"

Minato walked out of the kitchen with the final dish, placed it on the dining table, and smiled as he invited everyone to take their seats.

Catching the scent, Obito immediately dropped his book and scurried toward the dining table.

The others took their seats one after another. Taking advantage of the fact that no one was looking, Kakashi shoved the book from the sofa into his shirt before walking to the table as if nothing had happened.

"Congratulations on the move!"

The eight of them clinked their glasses together, and amidst laughter and chatter, the meal began.

Rin chatted with Kushina about gossip, little Naruto focused entirely on stuffing his face, and Obito and Kakashi kept exchanging glances, lost in their own little world.

After Minato chatted with his teacher about the state of the ninja world for a while, he glanced at Genye, who was lost in thought, and set down his bowl and chopsticks.

"Genye, do you have any plans for the future? Would you like to take a position in my Anbu?"

Genye was busy using his Byakugan to check out the girls; hearing Minato's words, he shook his head like a rattle.

"No way, I still prefer the life of traveling the ninja world with the Pervy Sage."

"Sigh, alright then." Minato had no choice but to let it go.

He smiled helplessly, then said to Jiraiya in a joking tone.

"Master Jiraiya, it's all your fault for turning such a good seedling into a wandering crane."

If only Nagato and the others were still alive... Jiraiya sighed to himself and downed his cup of wine once more.

After eating and drinking his fill, Genye opened the system interface, which showed he still had 10 replication opportunities remaining.

"I hope I can pull the Bloodline Puzzle. System, give me 5 replications!"

Genye selected Kushina on the interface and shouted in his mind.
