In the end, Seventy-Two agreed to Li Wei's "request," but only allowed Zheng Yutong and Li Wei to participate. Li Wei was fairly satisfied with that outcome. Chen Dali and the others truly weren't suited for a mission of this difficulty.
After agreeing on a time and place, Seventy-Two left beaming. Being able to find a veteran like Zheng Yutong had already satisfied him immensely.
"Li Wei, why did you ask him? With your strength, you could find a better team!" Zheng Yutong couldn't understand Li Wei's decision.
"Never pass up any chance to grow stronger. Besides, I really want to see a dungeon instance for myself!" Li Wei's answer was surprisingly simple.
"Alright, it's time for everyone to return to the real world. That's where we live, after all. Let's exchange phone numbers so we can contact each other immediately if anything comes up in the real world!" Li Wei was starting to miss the air of the real world. He really wanted to go to the barbecue stall downstairs from his apartment, order a huge pile of skewers and a few bottles of beer, and enjoy a good meal.
Since Nina was a girl, Zheng Yutong directly rejected the suggestion that Nina follow Li Wei and instead took responsibility for looking after her. Li Wei had no objections. It saved him quite a bit of trouble.
After saying their goodbyes, they each opened a passage back to the real world. With a dizzying whirl, Li Wei returned to his room.
Lying on his simple bed, Li Wei only wanted to sleep well. He wanted to think about nothing and do nothing, just lie there, stare at the familiar light bulb on the ceiling, and gradually drift into dreams.
He slept wonderfully that night!
