Gabrielle filled in all the blanks, then held up her notebook to Tom, her eyes sparkling. "Brother, take a picture of me!"

"No need for all that trouble." Tom chuckled, lightly tapping the little girl's cheek with his wand, then tapping the square frame of the notebook.

The next second, Gabrielle's adorable puffed-out cheeks were clearly imprinted in the frame, even her eyelashes were clearly visible.

"Shall I help you?" Tom turned to look at Phoebe, whose cheeks flushed, and she nodded obediently.

She hadn't even seen the afterimage of that spell, so she had to trouble him.

After they both finished filling out the forms, a strange string of linear text suddenly appeared at the bottom of the form, and the two sisters stared at Tom in unison.

His eyes were full of eagerness to "explain," but he still didn't understand what "IChat" meant.

"Don't rush, don't rush, the last step, I call this step 'sticking'," Tom deliberately dragged out his words.

"Sticking to the skin?" Phoebe's face flushed bright red, and her fingers clenched the hem of her clothes.

Gabrielle didn't think much of it, and climbed onto Tom's lap, hugging his neck and nuzzling her face against his. "Brother, stick to me! Gabrielle sticks to me!"

"Oh dear, that's not what I meant by rubbing against her!" Tom's heart softened at the sight of the little girl being rubbed against, and he smiled as he put her down.

Pick up your notebook, align it with Gabrielle's notebook, and gently snap them together.

Two faint green lights appeared simultaneously from the laptop, then disappeared in the blink of an eye.

Seeing this, Phoebe secretly breathed a sigh of relief; thankfully, it wasn't the kind of close physical contact she had imagined.

Gabrielle is still here, how embarrassing! If you're going to post something, you should at least do it when no one's around.

Tom opened the two notebooks, and on the second page of his own notebook, there was a small picture of Gabrielle.

He tapped the page lightly, and the notebook automatically flipped to the third page. He picked up a quill pen and wrote a line: "Gabrielle is the cutest person in the world."

Almost simultaneously, Tom's picture flashed on Gabrielle's notebook.

Phoebe reacted the fastest, quickly flipping to the third page of her sister's notebook. The handwriting was exactly the same, neatly printed on the paper, with not even a difference in the strokes.

"It really works!" Phoebe's eyes lit up. She picked up the two notebooks and flipped through them, excitedly grabbing Tom's hand.

"Tom, you can still use it when you go back to Britain, right? The distance won't affect it, will it?"

"Absolutely. Not to mention Britain, even if I go to United States for a trip next time, I can still chat with you guys."

Tom patted his chest and assured him that he was using the same technology as Nicolas Flamel's magic communication book.

They ruined a lot of the teacher's valuable materials, so distance is not a problem at all.

Gabrielle was overjoyed because Tom had called her the cutest. Holding her quill, she wrote in a crooked hand, "Tom is the tallest brother in the world!"

The moment the words were written, the sentence appeared simultaneously in Tom Riddle's Diary, the two lines automatically arranged in separate columns.

Each entry is followed by a small profile picture, making it easy to tell who wrote it.

"Now you won't have to worry about the hassle of writing letters anymore, right?" Tom smiled and ruffled Phoebe's hair.

Phoebe's cheeks flushed even redder from his rubbing, her eyes shining with excitement as she grabbed his hand and shook it back and forth.

"Tom, you have no idea what you've done! You're going to change the Wizarding World!"

"With this IChat Notebook about how owls will eventually be obsolete; they'll only be used for delivering packages!"

Tom smiled slightly, then reached out and clasped her slender fingers together, his tone serious yet tinged with a roguish charm.

"Of course I know, but this is just a prototype. It's only passable for now, and it has quite a few shortcomings."

"First of all, there's the cost. To make these books, I used up a lot of my teacher's precious materials."

"This thing needs a stable storage of magic power, otherwise the information will be distorted and garbled, making it unusable."

"Secondly, it's labor-intensive. I can only make a few books a day at most, and even if I were willing to teach others, very few people could learn it."

After hearing this, Phoebe's excitement subsided somewhat, and she calmed down.

She also knew that many magical items could not be widely promoted because they could not be industrialized.

Even with alchemical artifacts, every magical rune must be comprehended by the wizard himself; it cannot be rushed.

"No, this notebook is too precious." Phoebe looked at the notebook on the table, suddenly felt it was too hot to handle, and pushed it towards Tom.

"Let's stick with Owl Communications. This is such a valuable tool; you should save it for someone who can use it more effectively."

"We just chat casually usually, it won't make a difference if we chat for a couple of days."

Tom paused for a moment, then smiled broadly. "I developed this thing so I could contact you and Gabrielle anytime."

"If you don't want it, then I'll have to find other Half-Veela sisters to try and see if they work?"

"Brother is bad!" Gabrielle instantly turned against him, having just praised Tom as the best person in the world.

Her little mouth was pouting so much it could hold an oil lamp, and she reached out to tug at Tom's clothes, "You're not allowed to find any other Veela!"

Phoebe was both touched and angry, and pinched Tom's arm in an annoyance.

She'd done this countless times lately; this wicked guy always managed to easily stir up her emotions.

One moment he'd make her swoon, the next he'd make her so angry she felt a tightness in her chest.

"I'm sorry! Stop tickling me!" Tom quickly begged for mercy, secretly resolving to invent a spell or Potions to suppress the ticklish feeling when he got back.

How could someone as perfect as him have such a shameful weakness!

"If you really don't want it, then I'll just give Gabrielle one."

"From now on, I'll chat with her every day, and you'll wait three days for an owl letter, how about that?" Tom teased her on purpose.

"Who said I don't want it anymore!" Phoebe quickly hugged the notebook to her chest.

She reached out to touch Tom's notebook with the "Add Friend" option, but Tom lifted her up.

"What are you doing?" Phoebe asked, looking puzzled.

Tom raised an eyebrow and grinned mischievously, deliberately teasing her:

"Gabrielle already put on the patches, so as the older sister, you can't cut corners, can you?"

Phoebe instantly understood his intentions, feeling both ashamed and annoyed. However, seeing Tom's smug look that said, "I won't add more if you don't stick it on," she ultimately bit her lower lip and gave in.

She gently hugged Tom's arm, leaned in, and quickly rubbed her cheek against his, soft and squishy, like a spoiled kitten.

Gabrielle witnessed this scene and immediately covered her eyes, but deliberately left her fingers gaping open.

She shouted loudly, "Sister, you're so shameful! Sneaking up to your brother!"

"Gabrielle!" Phoebe exclaimed, both embarrassed and anxious, reaching out to tickle her.

"Wow! Brother, help! Sister's going to transform and eat me! She's so ugly!"

"What nonsense are you talking about! We are Half-Veela, we can't transform!"

The laughter and joy from the Delacour Family carried far and wide.
