After the fire tornado dissipated, Shamon emerged from the ground.

However, Shamon's face was deathly pale, and his body was covered in burn marks.

"Second Kazekage, today is the day you fall!" Li Yi said calmly, holding Ryujin Jakka.

"I never imagined that even Bunpuku couldn't handle you. You are truly powerful. But if you want my life, come and try!" Shamon said, dragging his heavily wounded body.

In truth, he had no choice. He was already severely injured, but with Konoha launching a full-scale attack, he had to step in. Originally, if Bunpuku could hold off Li Yi while he kept Mitokado Homura and the others busy, Sunagakure might have had a chance to turn the tide.
