Seto looked at the exploding Oa below, his expression stiff as he muttered softly.
This horrific scene felt strangely familiar...
Many years ago, Ancient Doomsday had charged into the main universe and smashed Oa apart with a single blow. They had nowhere to cry their grievances and could only accept their bad luck.
They had finally managed to rebuild a new Oa, only for it to be blown apart again by some inexplicable Doomsday that had come out of nowhere.
This was going too far!
The five Guardians stood in the vacuum of space, watching Oa gradually heat up before exploding with a thunderous roar. For a time, they fell into endless silence.
Fortunately, they had dragged out the Central Power Battery, and the sphere of light imprisoning Volthoom remained intact behind them.
