Wang Che and Zhao Wuji led 365 Golden Immortal Heaven-Patrolling Envoys to confront a Buddha Realm secretly fortified by the Thousand Buddhas Great World. After Buddhist forces revealed thousands of converted cultivators and resisted the Envoys’ attacks, Zhao Wuji activated the Zhou Tian Star-Dipper Grand Formation, forcing the realm’s Heavenly Dao power back inside its boundary wall.
Zhao Wuji used the Zhou Tian Star-Dipper Token to shatter the Buddha Realm’s Heavenly Dao, devastating the realm and severing its cultivators’ path to ascension. Zhao Hao learned of the attack and hid his clones, while the wounded Buddhist cultivators prepared to resist the Immortal Court.
Zhao Wuji’s Golden Immortal army crushed the Buddha Realm’s resistance, captured its cultivators and every living being, and began dragging the emptied world toward the Immortal Realm. Witnesses fled and spread word of the Immortal Court’s harvesting of lower realms, plunging the surrounding Star Domain into panic.
Zhao Hao concealed Haotian World and the surrounding planets from a Golden Immortal Heaven-Patrolling Envoy searching the Dead Star Domain. The envoy left without discovering the formation, but Zhao Hao resolved to expand its defenses after the inspections passed.
Zhao Hai’s clone detected that the Immortal Court had tracked him and fled Southwind Immortal City, using [Chaos Law] and the enhancement system to sever the pursuit. He transformed into a Heavenly Demon and escaped toward the Savage Wilderness, while the pursuing Golden Immortal found his trail erased.
After the Immortal Court's investigation left the lower realm quiet, Zhao Hao shifted his attention to his Heavenly Demon Clone in the Immortal Realm. There, Zhao Hai watched two wolf-headed Loose Immortal Alliance cultivators wear down an Iron-Armored Dragon Beast, unnoticed by the fighters.
Zhao Hai waited until the two Wolf Clan True Immortals and the Iron-Armored Dragon Beast were exhausted, then used [Fleeting Life, Illusory Dream] to capture their minds. He planted demon seeds in all three, whose weakened origins still struggled against the invasion.
Zhao Hai transformed Lang Kui, Lang Li, and the Iron-Armored Dragon Beast into Demon Seed clones, then staged their escape so no observers would suspect what had happened. Their memories gave him access to the Loose Immortal Alliance and Ferocious Beast Alliance, and revealed that a treasure capable of helping a True Immortal reach the Golden Immortal Realm would soon appear in the Savage Wilderness Domain.
Zhao Hai used the Iron-Armored Dragon Beast’s essence blood and the [Bloodline Reversion] divine ability to disguise himself as a late-stage True Immortal ferocious beast so he could enter the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine. En route, four Loose Immortal Alliance cultivators trapped him in a gorge and demanded that he submit to their control.
Zhao Hai defeated and swallowed four Immortal Court infiltrators who ambushed him, then continued toward the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine. As he neared the mine, he sensed its overwhelming killing intent and three Golden Immortal experts watching over the region.
Zhao Hai reached the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine after the Ferocious Beast Alliance had filled all one hundred entry slots, but he challenged the camp rather than accept being turned away. The Alliance’s Golden Immortal declined to intervene, and three True Immortal Late Stage beasts attacked Zhao Hai together.
Zhao Hai unleashed a Geng Metal tornado on three True Immortal Late Stage beasts, overwhelming their defenses and shredding them as he swept through the Ferocious Beast Alliance's camp. The watching Loose Immortal Alliance, Immortal Court, and remaining beasts were left stunned and fearful as the blood-filled storm continued into the wasteland.
Zhao Hai used a metal tornado to cripple three True Immortal Late Stage ferocious beasts, drawing the attention of the Golden Immortals overseeing the battlefield. After the mine’s barrier began to destabilize and his Chaos Law reacted, he focused on the coming opening of the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine.
Zhao Hai mistook the gray-black Sha Qi pouring from the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine for the Primordial Beginning Killing Intent that had resonated with his origin and rushed to swallow it. After discovering he had gulped down mostly ordinary turbid Qi, he became the target of ridicule from the gathered immortals and beasts.
Zhao Hai pretended to inhale waste baleful energy while secretly using [Chaos Law] and [Heavenly Hound Devours the Moon] to draw pure primordial beginning killing intent from deep within the mine. After he swallowed dozens of streams before the mine fully opened, the watching cultivators and Golden Immortals reacted with shock and greed, and the two rival Golden Immortals confronted each other over him.
Zhao Hai swallowed more than seventy portions of primordial beginning killing intent from the mine, provoking the gathered True Immortals to attack him. He escaped their combined strike with Spatial Traversal and reappeared unharmed above the Ferocious Beast Alliance camp.
Zhao Hai provoked a standoff among the three factions after swallowing most of the Primordial Beginning Baleful Mine’s Sha Qi, while the Ferocious Beast Alliance’s Golden Immortal defended him. As the Golden Immortals clashed, Zhao Hai fled toward the Gobi Desert, leaving his protector furious and unable to follow.
Zhao Hai lured the Immortal Court and Loose Immortal Alliance True Immortals away from the mine, then captured nearly two hundred of them with his devouring ability. He vanished into the Gobi using [Camouflage], leaving the Golden Immortals waiting for news at the mine.
Blackscale suspected Zhao Hai had deliberately lured the two hundred pursuing True Immortals away, while the Immortal Court's Golden Immortal waited for the army to return. After two hours with no word, the Golden Immortal searched the Gobi and found the traces of all two hundred had vanished.
After discovering that the Iron-Armored Dragon Beast had slaughtered the pursuing True Immortals and taken the mine’s Sha Qi, the Immortal Court Golden Immortal issued a massive bounty for the beast. The chapter ended with the blue-robed young man recognizing himself in the wanted portrait and wondering whether he could claim the reward by reporting himself.
