Everyone's battle power had risen by a large margin. Sun Wukong and Vegeta's normal-state battle power had reached the minimum threshold required to transform into a Super Saiyan, but they were still one final step away from actually becoming one.

However, they had already fully learned Instant Transmission, and along the way, they also learned the Fusion Technique, though they said they would rather die than fuse. (In the original work, Sun Wukong learned it from the Metamorans he met in the Other World. In Dragon Ball Super, the Yardrats could use forced separation of ki, so of course they could also fuse ki.)

As for Li Feng, he refined his basic Instant Transmission. After a year of study, he learned to use Instant Transmission based on absolute coordinates, which was Kibito Kai's Instant Transmission as well. His gains were truly abundant.
