After his harsh shout, Sack moved like a ghost, closing in on one of the guards in an instant.
When Renar saw it, delight spread across her face, her grin stretching all the way to her ears.
These damn dogs.
They had been barking nonstop just now, even trying to suppress them with their auras.
They had made so much noise she could not get a moment's peace. She had long since found them an eyesore.
Now that she could strike openly, the aura throughout her body erupted without the slightest concealment.
With an explosive boom, she charged toward the guards on the other side as well.
Inside Sack, the giant elephant's body swayed, and powerful ki spread through his entire body.
His whole person radiated brutality. Powerful energy condensed in his palm, wrapping the air around it as it bore down on one of them.
The other party's body went rigid, as if rejected by both heaven and earth, unable to move.
If Sack's powerful blow landed, the guard would surely die on the spot.
When Supa saw this, his expression changed drastically. Just as he was about to act, the remaining five guards on this side all shouted and attacked.
"You're courting death."
"What damned nerve."
Their voices spread in every direction, clear enough for half the city to hear.
Sack's attack was too imposing. They had subconsciously forgotten that this was an act.
On top of that, they were just as displeased with these two Saiyans, and all wanted to test their strength.
The five of them burst out with an aura as sharp as blades, powerful energy stirring up waves of fierce wind.
The corner of Sack's mouth curled. Just as the five streams of powerful energy closed in, his palm flipped, his body shifted through the air, and a powerful energy wave blasted toward the five of them.
As the energy shot out, Sack mocked, "I was waiting for you."
Every muscle in his body tensed. Abandoning the guard beside him, he lunged toward the five like a starving tiger pouncing on prey, the bloody killing aura around him growing even thicker.
If he was going to fight, he would fight the strong.
If there were none, then he would fight the many.
Beat them until they were hurt, beat them until they were afraid, beat them until they wilted.
Then naturally, they would not dare jump out and bark wildly anymore.
Inside the great hall, Sack's murderous aura fused with his tyrannical strength. Even the air seemed about to solidify, and the sturdy hall creaked and groaned, nearly unable to withstand the impact of that abyssal, hellish aura.
The thirteen Yardrats in the hall breathed rapidly, their faces flushing red.
Sack seemed like an unrivaled fiend who slaughtered planets and destroyed gods, about to devour them all.
Bang!
The first guard had barely made contact with Sack's body when it was as if he had crashed at ultra-high speed into the hardest metal. He was instantly sent flying backward and collapsed limply to the ground.
He had clearly lost all ability to fight.
The others all shook from head to toe, staring at Sack in disbelief.
One strike!
And it had only been an ordinary collision.
Yet one of their powerful warriors had fallen.
How was that possible?
They had clearly not sensed any especially powerful energy fluctuation, yet its force was this great.
A faint smile appeared at the corner of Sack's mouth, like the smile of the Grim Reaper.
With a whoosh, Sack appeared behind another warrior.
"We can't let your companion be lonely all by himself."
His sinister voice rang out, followed by a thunderous shout.
"Die for me."
A knife-hand strike twisted several times like a snake before hitting that warrior.
With a crack, the sound of his shoulder blade shattering echoed clearly through the great hall.
The warrior cried out in pain and collapsed limply to the ground.
Sack stood before the warrior like a demon, head lowered, shoulders trembling.
He seemed to be crying and laughing at once, like a madman, like a devil.
The remaining four had bloodshot eyes. Gritting their teeth, they mobilized all the energy in their bodies.
Sack suddenly raised his head. A tyrannical energy storm spread in every direction, rushing out of the great hall in the blink of an eye and sweeping toward the city.
"If you're not afraid of destroying your city, then go ahead and attack."
The Yardrat, who was mustering the energy in his body with all his might, stared wide-eyed, his face flushed as his strength gave out.
"You... despicable."
Sack smiled without warmth.
Despicable?
If it had been any other Saiyan, they would have shown him brutality outright.
Not being brutal was already good enough.
What did "despicable" even matter?
Despicable was mercy.
His figure moved like a ghost, closing in quickly on the three remaining guards.
Renar laughed softly, a fierce energy gathering in her hand, and she struck with just as little mercy.
Inside the great hall, violent clashes of energy erupted, explosions ringing out again and again.
Sack dealt with the guards in no time, then flashed over to the leader of Planet Yardrat.
"Leader Supa, forgive the offense."
After saying it softly, he grabbed him by the neck with one hand.
"Stop!"
A loud shout shook everyone present.
The five guards fighting Renar stiffened. Thinking of what had just happened, they stopped in frustration.
Renar giggled, her figure moving like lightning, and chopped each of them with a hand-blade strike.
Humiliation and anger flashed through Supa's eyes. His fists clenched and unclenched, but in the end, he let them fall powerless.
As the leader, his first consideration was the survival of his entire race.
What did personal honor or disgrace count for?
"Renar, come here."
Renar licked her lips and smiled sweetly, moving closer to Sack.
Sack lowered his head and whispered into Supa's ear.
"Leader Supa, once I obtain your research on Spirito, I'll withdraw. You can arrange for people to hunt us down afterward.
Remember, I won't hold back easily."
After he finished speaking, his palm tightened, veins bulging.
Taking Renar with him, and leading Leader Supa along, he strode out of the great hall.
"Yardrats, listen up. Your leader is in my hands.
If you don't want him to die, then do as I say and give me your research on Spirito."
Sack revealed an evil smile.
"Remember, I want all the originals."
The Yardrats, who had already been looking on, all showed expressions of disbelief.
Quite a few of them even surged with energy, the surrounding air rippling outward in waves.
Just as the situation grew tense and a battle seemed ready to break out at any moment, Husu happened to rush over.
He glared at Sack so hard his beard bristled, gritting his teeth.
"Stop. Let our leader go, and we'll give it to you."
The Yardrats looked indignant, but no one spoke.
It was clear that the leader usually enjoyed great support from his people.
Sack chuckled and lifted his chin, signaling Renar to go take it.
They had agreed on all of this long ago. He believed Husu would not mess around.
And even if he did, so what? Sack now had a combat power of 300,000. By using the Artificial Moon, he could soar to 3,000,000.
He could even kill Frieza if he caught him off guard, so why would he fear these Yardrats?
Renar accepted the tablet-like storage device from Husu's hand and waved at Sack.
"It's yours. Now you can let our leader go, right?"
Sack lowered his head and thought for a moment.
They were cooperating to begin with. If he took things too far, it would be hard to keep up appearances.
"Heh heh, fine. I'm sure you don't want a major battle destroying your city either."
After saying that, Sack released his hand directly.
Supa's face was dark as he immediately flew away from Sack and arrived at Husu's side.
The rest of the Yardrats were itching to act, the atmosphere around them oppressive, like the instant before a volcano erupted.
"Assistant, let them go."
Husu lowered his voice, holding everyone back.
The confused crowd froze where they stood, staring at Husu in disbelief.
Sack smiled wickedly, energy bursting from him as he appeared beside Renar in the blink of an eye.
Grabbing her, he whistled away into the distance.
"Wise One!"
"Leader?"
Husu ignored the crowd and gave Supa a look.
"Leader, are you all right?"
Supa shook his head.
"I'm fine. Check on the guards. They broke out into a major battle."
The crowd did not think too much of it, and the few among them who knew healing rushed inside.
Husu turned to face the traces left behind where Sack had torn through space.
"Listen to my orders. All guard units, move out. You must kill the evil Saiyan outside the city.
Remember, protect the thing in his hands. That is the entirety of our Yardrat research, though no one remembers it. Once he obtains it, his battle power can break through to an unprecedented one hundred million."
Many Yardrats immediately stepped forward, radiating powerful energy fluctuations and filled with hatred.
"Chase them! Don't let them get away!"
No one knew who shouted it, but they all swarmed after Sack.
