Harry was drenched in sweat, his hair plastered messily to his forehead and the back of his neck.
He looked as though he had just awakened from a nightmare. His face was pale, his breathing rapid, and his lips trembled slightly as he spoke.
"Voldemort has returned... Voldemort has returned..." He panted heavily as large beads of sweat slid down his forehead.
"Voldemort has returned?" Dumbledore helped Harry sit up and asked in a gentle, calm voice, "Harry, how do you know Voldemort has returned?"
Reassured by Dumbledore's tone, Harry's breathing gradually steadied. He wiped the sweat from his forehead, swallowed, and said, "I saw it..."
His eyes were unfocused, clearly lost in recollection. "Just now, after I said goodbye to Wizet and was about to return to the common room, it felt like my head exploded..."
"That scar had never hurt as badly as it did just then... It felt like my head was splitting open... It definitely wasn't a dream! It was too real! It must already have happened!"

The silver instrument rang with a crisp chime. Pale green smoke rose from its top, gathering and swirling until it solidified into a vicious snake's head.
