"Less than an hour..." Wizet glanced at the clock on the wall. "Mr. Malfoy, do you want to truly involve yourself in this matter?"
"Truly involve myself in this matter?" Lucius froze for a moment. He had thought that what Wizet intended to do next was question him about the full sequence of events.
He had even rehearsed it in his mind, deciding what he ought to confess.
For instance, through what channels he had learned what those families excluding him were planning, and how he had retaliated and investigated.
Yet Wizet's first question was actually whether he wanted to get in even deeper. Of course he did not want to be dragged in any further!
Lucius's voice was somewhat unsteady. "Do I have a choice?"
"Of course!" Wizet said as though it were only natural. "If you're unwilling to show yourself, then you'll need to tell me everything you know. We don't have much time."

Wizet asked, "Mr. Malfoy, do you know exactly who will be taking part in the march? How large will it be?"
Lucius promptly answered, "The families I know are involved are the Parkinson Family, the Yaxley family, the Lestrange family, the Avery Family..."
He listed a long string of pure-blood families. Their members had all escaped the trials at the time through various excuses and had not been sent to Azkaban.
"As for the scale of the march... I don't know." He shook his head lightly. "Those families are scattered across the various camps. I'd guess it won't be small..."
"They might even hire some Dark wizards. Their purpose would be... if they were unfortunate enough to get caught, those Dark wizards could take the blame. It's a very common tactic."
