Lucy's POV:
"Yawn..."
Because I'd gone early to help set up Sister Windsor's wedding today, I was so tired when I got back in the evening that I took a nap.
It was nighttime now. Well, the middle of the night.
Honestly... the Beast Race...
They weren't stupid, exactly. How should I put it...? They were just a little single-minded...
I hadn't needed to get involved. After all, Her Majesty Ariel had come personally and brought plenty of people to help.
But seeing the Beast Race standing there so blankly, I couldn't help stepping in to direct them.
While I was helping, Her Majesty Ariel deliberately came over to me while Father was away and said,
"Miss Lucy truly lives up to being the current student council president of Sharia Magic University. You're incredibly organized when directing others."
"Your Majesty overpraises me."
"I'm not exaggerating. When I was president, I couldn't manage things as well as you do. Your abilities are outstanding."
"Thank you for the praise."
"So, would you be interested in coming to the Asura Kingdom after graduation? You can do whatever you wish. I believe there's nothing Miss Lucy can't accomplish."
"That won't be necessary. My father would miss me too much."
"I'm sure Lord Rudeus wouldn't mind his daughter going elsewhere to grow and improve herself. Besides, there's teleportation magic, isn't there? Miss Lucy could return home anytime she wished."
"...That's true, but let's discuss it another time. I'm not interested right now."
"Very well. If you become interested someday, simply write to me. The Asura Kingdom will always welcome you."
Anyway, that was the conversation we had.
Father wouldn't mind his daughter going elsewhere to develop and improve herself...?
I thought of how Father usually was, how completely unable he was to be apart from
