An Acquaintance from the Future

Kashius sat on the bed, lips pressed together, saying nothing. He merely reached out and gently rubbed Buds's head.

Kashius did not say much in response to Buds's questioning, because he knew that sometimes, not knowing was far better than knowing.

Since Bardock and Gine had dared to do this, the two of them must have already made all the necessary arrangements. Perhaps it would not be difficult for Buds to live out the rest of his life peacefully.
