The Grand Priest, speeding forward at extreme velocity, furrowed his brow and murmured in surprise, "Huh? What's going on?

His body halted. The Grand Priest stared ahead, hesitating for a moment.

Then he shook his head and sighed. "Never mind. Demigra is too important; the matter of his seal cannot be handled carelessly. I can only set aside what's happening here for now." With that, he turned around and sped toward another location.

Bardock lowered his head, his pale eyes fixed on the one remaining arm in his hand. His eternally unchanging expression finally showed the slightest shift.

"Have you gone mad? You actually used the power sealing Demigra?" Bardock raised his brow, then quickly recovered. His face returned to its former indifference.

"Wasn't it worth it, Bardock?" Nero countered, glancing at the barely breathing Liu Ge in his hand.

Chaotic energy surged and danced in his palm like nimble sprites, bouncing across Liu Ge's body before finally entering him. It sustained the latter's life while beginning to mend his injuries.

"What you choose to do is your freedom. In any case, whatever happens to this world no longer has anything to do with me..." Bardock muttered, his fist creaking as he clenched it. He stomped on the air with his right foot. With a dull boom, ripples burst outward as his body shot forward with explosive force.

Nero held Liu Ge in one arm, showing no mercy toward Bardock. His other hand was poised and ready, shooting out like lightning as Bardock approached.
