Joseph and his allies maneuvered among Austria, Prussia, Britain, and the Ottoman Empire while pursuing military, economic, and political reforms. France retaliated against Britain by turning Dutch investors against British companies, and Rochefoucauld began selling an affordable farm cart in Meadow Village.
