Lucien quietly flipped through his History of Magic textbook.
Suddenly, the course's instructor, Professor Binns, passed straight through the blackboard and drifted into the classroom.

It was just that one day, when he went to teach, he forgot to bring his body with him. From that day onward, he became a ghost.
Lucien could never help but wonder why Professor Binns had remained employed for so long. On one hand, it was because he was indeed tremendously knowledgeable, able to recite ancient historical knowledge with ease. He had even become part of history himself.
But on the other hand, was it also because hiring a ghost meant they did not have to pay him a salary?
