"Weasley!"

Malfoy's angry roar echoed through the Great Hall.

This attracted many students to look in this direction.

Malfoy gripped the mechanical frog in his hand, squeaking it.

Ron also felt guilty. Although he disliked Malfoy, Malfoy was indeed innocent in this matter.

Ron glanced at the mushroom slices hanging from Malfoy's head and the milky white broth, then coughed lightly:

"Sorry, my mechanical pet wasn't set up properly. Let me clean it for you."

As he spoke, Ron pulled out his wand, intending to use magic to cleanse Malfoy.

"Weasley! Don't point your old, dirty wand at me!"

Malfoy's angry shout caused Ron to pause in his movements.

Malfoy opened his palm, glanced at the slightly Transfiguration mechanical frog in his hand, and sneered repeatedly:

"Ha, when did the Weasley family get the money to buy new magical items?"

"Could it have been pieced together from some junkyard again?"

"What a disgrace to the wizarding family!"

With a loud thud, Malfoy slammed the little frog to the ground, sending gears and parts flying everywhere.

Ron's face flushed as red as his red hair, his chest heaving violently, and he trembled as he raised his wand in the face of Malfoy's humiliation.

However, a voice temporarily suppressed Ron's impulse.

"This is the first time I've heard that the Malfoy family like to wash their hair with cream of mushroom soup."

Harry glanced at Malfoy's hair, his smile completely undisguised.

"But that doesn't look very healthy, Malfoy. I'll just give you a bottle of Shampoo instead; the one I have works really well."

"Potter!"

Malfoy immediately shifted his focus, but Harry, not to be outdone, started arguing back.

The Weasley Twins simply watched Malfoy and Harry argue with indifference.

They usually just tease Ron playfully, but they won't tolerate outsiders bullying little Ronnie.

Of course, the twins wouldn't go so far as to bully the younger one and directly beat up the outspoken Malfoy family brat.

However, the Geminis exchanged a knowing glance.

Normal pranks don't count as bullying the younger generation.

While everyone's attention was drawn to Harry Malfoy's tirade,

Lucien noticed Ron silently picking up the mechanical frog's parts, gathering them little by little into his hand.

So Lucien waved his wand, sending all the scattered parts flying into Ron's hands.

Ron looked at Lucien, his eyes slightly red.

Thank you, Lucien.

Lucien put away his wand and spoke up to comfort her:

"Don't pay attention to those words. Temporary glory and prestige are just appearances; the qualities and knowledge passed down through generations are the foundation."

Upon hearing this, Ron pursed his lips and nodded emphatically.

However, Ron wasn't the only one who heard this; others did too.

Grafton!

Malfoy abruptly stopped his passionate exchange with Harry and turned his gaze to Lucien, his face ashen.

"What right do you have to judge a noble Pure-blood families!"

"Ha, you're nothing but a lowly Muggle-born!"

Malfoy's anger was surging; he had been inexplicably made a mess of things by Ron and then mocked by Harry.

Hearing Lucien's words now, Malfoy was reminded of the time when Lucien rejected him.

He's clearly a wizard from Muggle family, so why does he refuse the favor of Pure-blood, and why does he talk about the glory of Pure-blood!

"Malfoy!"

Harry suddenly pulled out his wand; he wouldn't allow Malfoy to say anything more insulting to his friend.

Malfoy sneered and raised his chin.

"What did I say wrong? Muggle-born wizard, no matter how hard they try, will only ever reach a point where they can only look up to the achievements of Pure-blood."

These words echoed through the crowd, surprisingly eliciting scattered agreement and support.

The speakers were mostly Slytherin, their smiles were amused, and their gazes toward Lucien were filled with mockery.

Slytherin boasts the largest number of Pure-blood wizard, and the most prominent characteristic of this school is ambition.

They are extremely proud of their bloodline and have always looked down on Half-blood and Muggle-born wizard, especially the latter, whom they consider to be of the lowest birth.

Lucien looked at Malfoy calmly, without a trace of anger.

"Just how much power do your family's honor and bloodline give you to speak to me like that?"

Malfoy, his head spinning with rage, glared fearlessly at Lucien.

How dare you question the Malfoy Family!

Lucien shook his head, his tone indifferent.

"I have no doubt about your family. Your ancestors have continued the family line to this day in their own way, passing on the so-called glory to you."

"But can you shoulder the responsibility of carrying on the family legacy? Do you have the right to constantly talk about the family's glory?"

These words ignited Malfoy's fury, and he drew his wand from his pocket.

"Grafton! I challenge you to a duel!"

"I'll make you regret disregarding the honor of Pure-blood, I'll make you apologize for daring to humiliate me!"

Seeing Malfoy's exasperated expression, Lucien wore a half-smile.

They're always ready to duel.

This is just childish play.

Sure enough, when the difference in strength is too great, even the fiercest behavior will only be seen as cute and funny by the opponent.

Before Lucien could respond, Harry started being sarcastic:

"Lucien, there's no need to agree. Malfoy is a liar and a coward."

"Malfoy and I agreed to a duel in the Trophy Room, but he never showed up!"

Harry was furious when he remembered being tricked by Malfoy and ending up with Three-Headed Dog.

So they embellished the story, portraying Malfoy as a liar who broke his promise and a coward who dared not keep his duel.

Malfoy's pale face turned blood red, and his lips trembled with anger.

"Tomorrow at noon, right here!"

"I, Draco Malfoy, will engage in a wizarding duel with Lucien Grafton!"

"I swear on the honor of the Malfoy family, I will never break this promise!"

Malfoy's loud announcement caused quite a stir, and more students gathered around to Malfoy.

Even the professors who had just arrived turned their attention here.

Lucien remained calm and composed despite being the center of attention.

They actually announced the time and place of the duel without waiting for my response.

Those Pure-blood Slytherin are definitely a handful.

They're always so discriminatory. Tsk, I knew I was right not to go to Slytherin. I can study in Ravenclaw with peace of mind.

Forget it, a single punch is better than a hundred.

It's just resolving a farce; we can then showcase some truly impressive magic to prevent future trouble and provocations.

I came to Hogwarts to learn knowledge, I don't have time to play these kids' games of showing off and humiliation every day.

Lucien glanced at Malfoy's gaunt body.

Well, the magic should have a more stunning and spectacular effect, and be more powerful, but we still need to be careful not to kill our classmates; that would be even more troublesome.

It should be enough to spend about half a month in the Hospital Wing; it won't affect your final exams.

Sigh, I was too kind of myself; I even cared about my classmate's studies.

"Troll-- "

Professor Quirrell suddenly burst into the Great Hall, his long purple headscarf askew.

He ran to Dumbledore in a panic, shouting as he ran:

"The Troll —in the underground classroom—I thought—you should know—"

After saying that, Quirrell collapsed to the ground and passed out.

While the other students were bewildered and at a loss, Lucien quietly watched Quirrell's performance.

He fainted so suddenly, he deserves an award.
