Her face was filled with fury, and she was utterly dissatisfied with the marriage her father had arranged.

Countless massive chunks of stone rained down, throwing the entire scene into chaos. People screamed in terror as they scattered, but unfortunately, some unlucky individuals were struck by the falling debris, their fates unknown.

Just then, an enormous boulder plummeted from above, hurtling straight toward Lin Yu. Yet while it was still some distance away from him, the massive stone suddenly disintegrated into dust and scattered through the air.

Some might ask, "Since Lin Yu is so powerful, why didn't he go save those innocent people?" After all, it would not have been difficult for him. But Lin Yu had no intention of doing so. "Why are you here? How did you get here?" Ran Mouri stared at Lin Yu with wide eyes, her face full of disbelief. After all, he was the man who had taken her first time! At that thought, a shy blush spread across Ran Mouri's face.

Seeing the bashful Ran Mouri before him, Lin Yu's heart stirred.

He slowly walked over to Ran Mouri, gazing at her gently as he said softly, "I came to save you." Ran Mouri's heart immediately began to race.

Ran Mouri's face reddened even more, like a ripe apple. Lowering her head, she spoke in a voice as soft as a mosquito's buzz. "Thank you..."

"You're welcome." Lin Yu smiled, his eyes gentle and affectionate. He reached out and lightly stroked Ran Mouri's hair, feeling its silky texture.

Ran Mouri's body trembled. She raised her head, a hint of anticipation flickering in her eyes. Her heartbeat quickened, and her breathing grew more rapid.

Lin Yu's heart stirred. He slowly leaned down and gently moved closer to Ran Mouri. His lips touched hers in a soft kiss.

Ran Mouri's eyes instantly widened, and a shy blush spread across her face. Her heart pounded wildly, like a startled deer.
