Zhang Qiwei originates from a collateral branch of the Zhang Family. Her standing is better than that of an ordinary disciple, but she is not regarded as a true core member by the family elders; winning the inner-sect contest is therefore essential to proving her worth. She cultivates the Bing Fire Path and was originally competing for a position within the Innate Sacred Sect's Rising Mist Dao Academy. 21 132
