The Supreme Kai's Request

"Supreme Kai?"

"When I was training with King Kai, I think I heard him mention that."

Goku tried hard to recall what he knew about the Supreme Kais.

"That's right, Supreme Kais."

"At the pinnacle of the universe's deities, there are two gods."

"The Supreme Kais govern life and creation."

"Gods of Destruction govern destruction and annihilation."

"However, this guy was pushed into the position. He knows nothing about the duties of a Supreme Kai—Majin Buu is the only thing on his mind."

Gogeta shook his head as he spoke.

He could not really be blamed. The Grand Supreme Kai had been absorbed by Buu before he could leave behind any instructions, while the other Supreme Kais had either been absorbed or killed. That left only this youngest, clueless rookie to take over.

"How could Lord Supreme Kai possibly be as weak as you say? A guy like Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, could be dealt with by Lord Supreme Kai using a single finger!"

Kibito shouted at Gogeta, deeply dissatisfied with what he had said.

"Who can't wipe out a minor character like Frieza with a wave of their hand?"

Vegeta replied disdainfully.

Goku caught the key point: God of Destruction.

"God of Destruction?"

"Is this guy you mentioned strong, Gogeta?"

"At my current level, I can't beat him."

Gogeta shrugged. A God of Destruction was, at the very least, an opponent who required Super Saiyan Blue or Ultra Instinct to challenge.

Goku was immediately intrigued. Just how strong did someone Gogeta admitted he could not defeat have to be?

Seeing the look on Goku's face, Gogeta quickly cut him off and said, "He's not someone you can come into contact with at your current stage. Besides, I've only heard of his reputation myself, so don't ask me."

"Hey!!"

"Don't ignore me!"

Kibito was beside himself with anger. These people had no respect for Lord Supreme Kai at all. They were chatting and laughing right in front of him, without giving him the slightest regard.

"In any case, I won't let you take Majin Buu away."

After saying that, Gogeta left directly. He was going to find Tights and have some fun.

East Supreme Kai Shin still wanted to say something, but Goku stopped him.

"Alright, alright, Lord Supreme Kai. Isn't it just Majin Buu? Gogeta already destroyed one before. That guy was strong, but he wasn't impossible to defeat."

"???"

"There's another Buu?"

"And he was destroyed?"

The two of them were utterly stunned by this.

Goku rattled off a rough account of what had happened earlier.

Through Goku's description, Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito finally believed it, though their faces still showed utter disbelief.

"Well then, sorry to disturb you. Farewell."

East Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito left. With the great threat in their hearts resolved, even their breathing felt much steadier.

Gogeta spent several more days living a comfortable and ordinary life.

Gogeta and the others prepared to return. With Bulma's help, Future Bulma successfully built a time machine.

"We're leaving. Goodbye!"

After saying that, the group entered the time tunnel and returned to their original timeline.

At that moment, Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito arrived on Earth through Instant Transmission.

"Mr. Goku."

"Lord Supreme Kai."

Goku responded warmly.

"I came this time because there is something I would like to ask Mr. Goku to help with."

East Supreme Kai Shin had spent the past few days trying to eliminate Babidi, only to discover that Babidi had enslaved Dabura, King of the Demon Realm. This left East Supreme Kai Shin with no other choice but to come to Earth for help.

East Supreme Kai Shin gave them a rough overview of the situation.

"If we don't destroy him, he'll find his way to Earth sooner or later."

"No problem."

Goku agreed readily. He wanted to see what the strong fighters of the universe were like.

"Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, are you coming?"

Vegeta answered first.

"No. I'm going to train. I'll definitely become a Super Saiyan 4 before you do, Kakarot."

Vegeta had no interest in that sort of trash. After saying that, he left.

Gohan and Trunks both wanted to go. They could not let someone like that reach Earth. The android crisis had only passed not long ago, and Earth had only enjoyed peace for a few days.

"Please grab my shoulders. We'll leave right now."

Goku and the other two placed their hands on Kibito's shoulders. Kibito used Instant Transmission, and they arrived on an unnamed planet.

"That's amazing. I didn't expect you to know Instant Transmission too."

Goku patted Kibito on the shoulder.

"I went through quite a lot of hardship learning that move!"

"Of course."

As the servant of the Supreme Kai, how could he possibly be useless? He had some pretty impressive abilities too.

East Supreme Kai Shin interrupted their conversation.

"That over there is Babidi's spaceship. He used magic to control many evil people. That man is determined to revive Majin Buu."

"Like his father, Babidi has an evil heart. Before this, he had already destroyed many planets. We have to eliminate him. We can't let him continue harming the universe."

Hearing this, Trunks could no longer sit still. How could they allow someone like that to go to Earth? He instantly transformed into a Super Saiyan.

"Let me handle this. We can't let someone so evil go to Earth and wreak havoc."

A huge amount of energy gathered in the ki blast in his hand, and he fired it straight at Babidi's spaceship.

"BOOM~~~"

The terrifying force instantly blasted Babidi's spaceship to pieces.

"Damn it!!!"

"Who was that???"

A demon-like figure shielded a short, yellow-skinned dwarf as they flew out of the smoke. Everyone else inside the spaceship had died from Trunks's attack.

"You again, Supreme Kai!!!"

"And you brought helpers with you!!"

"This time, I'll definitely kill you!!"

Babidi was in a miserable state, glaring furiously at the Supreme Kai. If looks could kill, he would have killed the Supreme Kai hundreds of times already.

East Supreme Kai Shin smiled, as though saying, Babidi, it's been so long. How did you become this pathetic?

"Dabura, kill them all! Hurry!!"

Babidi was furious beyond measure and roared at Dabura.

"Yes, Lord Babidi."

Dabura did not waste any words. He attacked at once, charging straight at Trunks and throwing a punch at him.

Goku used Instant Transmission to appear in front of Trunks. Crossing his arms, he blocked the blow.

"Trunks, leave this guy to me."

Trunks nodded, then turned his gaze toward Babidi. He would nip this potential threat in the bud.

The moment Babidi saw Trunks looking at him, he panicked and turned to flee. But how could he outrun Trunks? Trunks caught up with him in an instant, cut him in half with a single sword strike, then reduced him to cosmic dust with a ki blast.

The moment Babidi died, Dabura, who had been under his control, regained his senses. In that brief instant, Goku seized the opportunity and punched him in the face, sending him flying into a distant rock.

"Kamehameha!"

A Kamehameha sent Dabura to reunite with Babidi. At least he would have company on the road to the afterlife.
