The Shocked Supreme Kai

"Go, Videl!!"

In the stands, Videl's classmates cheered for her, and Videl waved to them in acknowledgment.

"Go, Videl!"

"Go, Big Sister Videl!"

Gohan and the three little ones cheered for Videl as well.

"The match begins!"

As the announcer's voice fell, Videl charged at Spopovich. She leaped into the air and kicked him in the face, then followed up after landing with an elbow strike to his stomach. Next came a barrage of Wolf Fang Fist attacks interwoven with kicks, leaving Spopovich utterly unable to defend himself.

Videl flew forward with another kick, sending Spopovich flying.

"Contestant Videl's offense is incredibly fierce! Contestant Spopovich has been knocked to the ground!"

"Contestant Spopovich has gotten back up! His fighting spirit is clearly incredibly strong!"

Spopovich attacked Videl, but she easily blocked his strike and counterattacked in the same motion, beating Spopovich until he was in agony and could only roar helplessly.

Videl kicked Spopovich away again, but he got back up once more. Videl was somewhat surprised. Was this guy really that tough?

Spopovich was like a ruthless fighting machine, completely unable to feel pain. Videl could only continue her assault.

Videl grabbed one of Spopovich's arms and threw him over her shoulder. Spopovich slammed heavily into the ground, yet he quickly got back up again.

The two resumed their fierce battle. Spopovich had no idea how many times Videl had knocked him down, but every single time, he was still able to rise.

Gohan also realized that there was something wrong with this guy called Spopovich. He observed him carefully. The veins all over that guy's body were bulging, and that symbol on his forehead... Hm? It felt strangely familiar, but Gohan simply could not place it.

"Huh??"

The announcer's voice interrupted Gohan's thoughts. Gohan looked up to see that Videl had kicked Spopovich's head clean off. The announcer and the audience both thought Videl had killed someone and that she would be disqualified.

To their surprise, Spopovich stood up again and forcibly twisted his own head back into place. What a savage.

The two began yet another new round of battle.

However, Videl's stamina had clearly declined, and she was beginning to struggle to hold her ground. Her attacks were no longer as sharp as they had been at the start, and she gradually began to take hits. Wounds appeared on Videl's body.

The next moment, Videl took a heavy blow to the stomach, followed by another kick. She collapsed to the ground and could not get back up for a long while.

"Damn it, take this!!"

Videl ultimately managed to stand again. Energy slowly gathered in her hands, and a Ki Blast gradually formed.

Videl fired the Ki Blast at Spopovich.

Spopovich raised his hand as well.

Videl could hardly believe it. She had only barely learned to use this move after training with Gohan for a month. How could this guy possibly know it?

The next moment, Spopovich fired a purple Ki Blast from his hand. It collided with Videl's Ki Blast, instantly swallowing it before striking Videl.

Videl fell to the ground again, and Spopovich rushed forward to continue attacking her.

That bastard Spopovich hit Videl in the face with every strike. Blood flowed from Videl's nose and mouth.

"That bastard! How dare he beat up Big Sister Videl like that!"

Ais could not stand watching from the audience anymore. Winning was one thing, and injuries were unavoidable in a fight, but this kind of beating was clearly abuse.

So Ais rushed onto the arena and kicked Spopovich away with all her strength. Spopovich crashed hard into the surrounding wall.

Gohan had also been about to intervene, but Ais beat him to it. He stopped in midair, then suddenly spotted Yamu—the skinny man—hovering in the distance.

He held a long jar in his hand and said to Spopovich, "That's her!"

The two charged at Ais, intending to absorb her energy.

Everything happened in the blink of an eye. Even Supreme Kai did not have time to react.

When Gohan saw the two rushing toward Ais, he was about to make a move. However, the enraged Ais transformed directly into a Super Saiyan, subdued the two of them in just a few moves, and even snatched away their energy-absorbing device.

The announcer was dumbfounded as well. A little girl had suddenly appeared and kicked Spopovich away, then Yamu had popped up from who knew where and tried to grab that little girl. Then something even more outrageous happened: the little girl suddenly turned blond, knocked the two of them out in a few moves, and took the thing from their hands.

Gohan went to Videl's side, took out a Senzu Bean, and fed it to her.

He had specifically gone to Korin to get this Senzu Bean, thinking it might come in handy someday. He had not expected to actually need it.

After Videl ate the Senzu Bean, she instantly recovered completely.

Gohan walked over to Spopovich and Yamu, wanting to know their intentions. At that moment, Supreme Kai approached and said, "There's no need to ask. I know what their purpose is."

Gohan looked at Supreme Kai and thought, Just as I thought. This guy came here because of those two.

Supreme Kai continued, "I originally wanted to use these two to find the hideout of the mastermind behind all this. Now, I'll have to think of another way."

Spopovich and Yamu's bodies suddenly swelled rapidly, then exploded outright.

This was one of Babidi's usual methods—if the people he sent out were discovered, he would silence them.

Gohan and the others had messed up Supreme Kai's plan and decided to help him.

Gohan, Videl, and the three little ones learned the whole story from Supreme Kai and exclaimed in surprise, "Majin Buu?"

"That's right, Majin Buu."

Even after all this time, Supreme Kai Shin still felt fear whenever he recalled Majin Buu's smiling face.

Trunks and Goten jumped around, gesturing as they described what their good friend Buu looked like. Ais took out her phone and showed Supreme Kai a photo of them with Buu, nearly scaring Supreme Kai Shin into wetting himself.

"How is that possible?"

Supreme Kai Shin was absolutely certain that the egg sealing Buu had been taken away by Babidi, but what was going on with this Buu?

Gohan explained his doubts to him, "Mr. Buu was brought back from another time-space by Mr. Gogeta and handed over to Dr. Brief for research. A few years ago, Mr. Gogeta let him out, saying he would be Ais's playmate."

Ais nodded at the side.

Supreme Kai was beginning to question his entire life. Buu had been released just to be a child's playmate?

This joke was not funny at all.

Trunks and Goten had been quite interested when they first heard about some Majin, but after all that, it turned out to be Buu. No matter how they looked at that goofy guy, he did not seem like any kind of Majin.

The two of them deflated like balloons and could not muster up any enthusiasm for quite a while.

Supreme Kai asked Gohan to take him to see Gogeta. He wanted to ask Gogeta to lend a hand.

But Gohan said that if it was someone on Mr. Buu's level, he could handle it himself. If it was the Buu Gohan had seen as a child, then that was not an opponent he could deal with.

Supreme Kai was stunned yet again!

Everything that had happened today had shattered his worldview—Buu as a playmate, and any random person they met could beat Buu senseless.
