Arriving on Earth

Tights looked at the Earth so close before her, equally thrilled. She had not been home in a long time. Over the years, she had been traveling through space and missed her family dearly.

The spaceship quickly reached Earth, entered the atmosphere, passed through it, and headed straight for West City.

"We're here. This is my home." Tights pointed at the enormous circular building ahead of them.

"After all this time, it still hasn't changed." Tights sighed.

The spaceship then landed on the lawn in the yard. Dr. Brief and Mrs. Brief came out to see what was happening.

"Oh-ho-ho, Tights is back!" Mrs. Brief said happily, linking arms with Dr. Brief.

"It's good that you're back. Good that you're back," Dr. Brief said, equally pleased.

What parents did not worry about their children? Tights had been gone for so many years. Though she occasionally kept in touch with her family, they could not help worrying until they saw that their daughter had returned safely. Now that Tights was home, of course they were overjoyed.

The moment Tights stepped off the spaceship and saw her parents smiling at her, her nose stung and tears welled in her eyes. She rushed forward and hugged them both.

"Dad, Mom, I'm back."

"It's good that you're back. Good that you're back."

Seeing this heartwarming scene, Gogeta did not rush to get off the spaceship. He gave them some time first.

Mrs. Brief fussed over her daughter, while Dr. Brief quietly watched the mother and daughter from the side.

When he felt the time was about right, Gogeta stepped off the spaceship as well. Seeing him, Mrs. Brief exclaimed in surprise.

"Tights, is he your boyfriend?"

"That's right. I'm Tights's boyfriend. My name is Gogeta."

Gogeta and Tights had confirmed their relationship while studying on Planet Yardrat.

At that moment, Bulma noticed the commotion outside and came out to investigate. When she reached the living room and saw Gogeta and Tights, she was instantly shocked.

"Big sis, you're back? And you even brought home a super handsome boyfriend."

Bulma pointed at Gogeta and said, "Where did you find such a handsome guy, sis? I want to find one too." Although Bulma already had Yamcha as a boyfriend, that did not stop her from admiring handsome men.

Tights was already used to Bulma acting like this. She knew her younger sister well—she liked handsome men, and the moment she saw one, she could barely move.

"I met Gogeta while I was traveling. At the time, I stopped somewhere to resupply and happened to run into him after his spaceship broke down. His ship was already wrecked, so we traveled together."

Tights briefly explained how she had met Gogeta.

"That truly is a special kind of fate. The two of you being able to end up together must have been heaven's arrangement."

Mrs. Brief said cheerfully. She was delighted that her daughter had found lifelong happiness, and she had great faith in her daughter's judgment.

After chatting for a while, Mrs. Brief got up and left. During their conversation, she had learned that Gogeta had an enormous appetite, so she planned to tell the kitchen to prepare more food in case there was not enough.

Tights and Bulma also stood up and headed in the direction their mother had gone. It seemed the three women had some private things to discuss, but Tights did not forget to turn back and say, "Gogeta, go look around if you want. Just remember to be back in time for dinner."

Dr. Brief continued chatting with Gogeta for a while longer, and Gogeta took the opportunity to say, "Doctor, my own spaceship has been damaged. Could I ask you to help me design a new one?"

"With the technology I currently have, I can't build a spaceship capable of traveling through space," Dr. Brief replied.

"Tights brought my spaceship back with her. If you had that ship, would it be possible?"

"If there's something I can study as a reference, I'll need to research it first. I'll give you an answer afterward."

Hearing Dr. Brief's answer, Gogeta knew this matter was probably settled.

Dr. Brief left immediately. It looked like he was going to ask Tights for the ship. It seemed alien technology held a powerful appeal for people like him.

Gogeta could not sit still either and decided to visit Kami's Lookout to see Earth's warriors. In truth, Gogeta had a question in his heart. In his previous life, people online had always said that Mr. Popo was a hidden powerhouse, that Goku's Ultra Instinct had been taught by Mr. Popo. And during the Majin Buu era, although Mr. Popo had not used any major techniques, he had been able to catch the punch of Super Saiyan Trunks, which showed that Mr. Popo had actually been concealing his strength.

At Kami's Lookout, Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha were training, while Kami and Mr. Popo watched from the side.
