Background / History
The Sacred Council originated approximately three thousand years ago during the Undead Cataclysm. The four great human empires and the Elven Kingdom formed a united council to oppose the undead legions, beastmen, and vampires. Though the war devastated the old powers and shattered the Elven Kingdom, the Council endured. 23
In the present era, it serves as the highest authority jointly established by the four human empires. Its influence extends across the continent, and even imperial coronations may require its proclamation. Its only comparable rival is the Holy Temple. 23 200
Orlando, the God of Magic, was the Council’s first Grand Speaker. The organization retains ancient assets associated with its legacy, including the Eternity Tower and an Elven Elemental Spring used for elemental baptisms. 520 749
