Shendu pinned everyone down with telekinesis, then swept them with his laser eyes, killing the Section 13 grunt on the spot.

His Chakra reserves had surged to Genin level, his physical abilities had improved further, and he now possessed extensive combat experience and martial arts skills.

His gaze swept the area and locked onto Shendu, who stood in the center of the palace grounds releasing his dragon minions.
The upright monster with a dragon's head exuded an oppressive presence just by standing there.
"The little rat survived?"
Shendu stared straight at Indra through the dust, white smoke puffing from his nostrils.
He raised a claw and gave the order. "My warriors, tear him apart!"
Dragon minions flew out of the dimensional passage and charged at Indra with roars.
Shendu used his telekinesis to restrain Jackie Chan, whose hands glowed green.
As though picking up a toy, he grabbed Jackie Chan and held him before his dragon minions.
"Jackie Chan, too bad you won't live to see the world under my rule!!"
"Bad day, bad day, bad day!"
As the dragon minions drew closer, Jackie Chan's face went pale with terror. He couldn't break free.
"This is bad. Everyone, get ready!"
Seeing both his officer and Jackie Chan in danger, Captain Black could no longer sit still.
At his command, the officers behind him raised their rocket launchers.
Before Captain Black and his officers could take aim, Uncle stepped in front of him, blocking his view.
"It takes magic to defeat magic!"
Having reiterated that rule, Uncle looked toward Jackie Chan and Indra. "Besides, they're too close. The rockets might hit them."
Captain Black had to admit he was right and reluctantly lowered his rocket launcher.
"If that's the case, what do we do?"
"I've already told you. It takes magic to defeat magic!"
Uncle quickly pulled out the dried gecko and pufferfish he carried, wielding one in each hand.
"Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao, Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao~"
Green chi magic became two beams of light that shot toward Shendu and the dragon minions.
Bang!!!
The chi magic struck the dragon minion lunging at Indra, sending it crashing to the ground right in front of him.
"Nice one, Uncle!"
Jo gripped several Explosive Tags, drew a Kunai from his thigh strap, and channeled Chakra into his legs, bursting forward at astonishing speed.
The instant he closed in on the dragon minion, he drove the Kunai into its neck and dragged it across, opening a massive gash.
Jo seized the chance to stuff several Explosive Tags inside. Then he sprang back and detonated them!
Boom!!!
The dragon minion exploded and dissolved into a cloud of mist.
Nearby, Shendu staggered from the hit by the chi magic, his claws loosening.
Jackie Chan seized the opening and leaped down, rolling repeatedly to avoid the dragon minions' attacks.
Seeing Jackie Chan escape, Shendu burned with rage and glared toward Uncle.
"You tiresome old fool! You'll pay for what you've done!!"
"Shadow Army!"
Disdaining to act himself, Shendu summoned the power he had stolen from a Shadow Mask.
The shadows on the ground rippled, and dozens of Shadow Ninja emerged from them.
Shadow Ninja surged forth like a tide, while more hideous dragon minions kept flying out of the dimensional passage.
"Bad day, bad day, bad day!"
Jo Indra blurted it out, perfectly echoing Jackie Chan's catchphrase.
In the original story, Shendu had been so stupid he practically drooled. Since when did he know how to use overwhelming numbers?
