He considered all sorts of possibilities: a crime of passion, revenge, jealousy, even theft. Then someone suddenly came to mind, and he immediately grew wary.
Among those who had died recently were Aoduo and his son, Fele, Carmen, Bondi, XX... Aoduo was dead, Fele was dead, and now Carmen was dead too. Everyone connected to that little bastard had died. Something was definitely wrong.
He turned and asked, "Did you find anything nearby?"
An investigator replied, "Chief, we didn't find anything. It's such a shame about Mr. Carmen. Sigh!"
"Bring over the first person who found the scene and question him. Also, call the coroner and have the body taken away. I need solid information."

He still suspected that Carmen's death was connected to the deaths of Aoduo and his son, as well as Fele. Traces of a drug had been found on those two, and he wanted to know whether Carmen had the same thing in his system.
