At this moment, clouds began gathering in the sky without anyone noticing. Wherever Dole's mental power swept, the air stirred in response.
A figure suddenly appeared in the air. It was somewhat strange—bare-chested, entirely white without the slightest trace of black. Its face was flat, and its features were bizarre, unlike those of a true human.
Its arms were exceptionally long, nearly hanging to its knees. Its hands were enormous, and the sharp claws on its five fingers gleamed with a cold light.
The moment it appeared, the distant Duling Bone Tower came roaring over, dragging a long trail of air behind it. It landed beneath its feet, and it lightly descended onto the top of the Wizard Tower.
This was Dole's Silicon-Based Avatar.
As soon as the Silicon-Based Avatar emerged, it looked around. The scenery shifted as its vision switched through countless perspectives in succession, until it finally saw the normal landscape.
When it looked again toward the direction where the distorted light had appeared, that mysterious force no longer distorted its sight.
With a single glance, it saw straight through—and saw what lay within.
That one look filled its heart with boundless killing intent.
The village was gone. In its place, at the center of the village, stood a tall platform. Countless corpses lay scattered across it, casually discarded. Some belonged to ordinary people, some to enforcers who had come to aid the village, and some to other adventurers.
Around the platform stood several incomprehensible magical devices. They were drawing out the blood, souls, and physical power of the dead, extracting them through those devices and producing a constantly emanating, distorted force that surged into the sky.
High in the sky, a tiny spatial node had been opened. A strange yet holy power radiated from it, falling upon
