Mizuki explained the detailed battle plan to Sasuke in the office.
Put simply, the plan was to find the White Tiger Mizuki had once encountered on the mountain.
Then they would find a way to lure Uzumaki Menma and Naruto to the mountains outside Konoha.
Finally, they would use that White Tiger to get rid of Uzumaki Menma and Naruto.
The reason Mizuki had spent an hour explaining this plan was because he had no idea how to find that White Tiger from back then. Without the tiger, the plan could not be carried out.
As for luring Uzumaki Menma and Naruto up the mountain, Mizuki had a rare moment of cleverness and knew to have Sasuke lead them there.
Sasuke frowned.
There was no need to think about it. That White Tiger had to be Uzumaki Menma's summoned beast, Byakko.
If Mizuki had told him about this damn plan earlier, why had they wasted a whole month?
Sasuke asked, "As long as you find that White Tiger, you'll carry out the plan, right?"
Mizuki nodded. "Right! Even I can't beat that White Tiger, much less those two brats."
